It's a nice hotel, but...

It's a good hotel, but twice, the air conditioning had stopped working, first time it stopped for about 4 hours, and the next time it stopped for an hour. There was not enough employees at the check in, it was very slow, plus you have to exchange your currency at the check in desk, which is very slow as well and they need your passport. Food was great many choices, friendly staff, overall clean hotel, i would recommend this hotel to a friend, but I would not go back, it's just not my style, Riu is way better
