La atención del staff debe mejorar. Algunos fueron muy amables pero otros francamente decidiosos o groseros. La comida fue de regular calidad en cuestión de sabor. Sus restaurantes de reservación eran inaccesibles.

The exterior of the hotel is excellent. Very nice beach front property. Has lots of pools and very big ones too. My kids had lots of fun there. The interior rooms could use some maintenance and cleaning. As for the food, they have lobsters or king crab legs almost everyday. however, they are not very tasty. Better cooks are needed at this hotel. The fruit drinks are way too sweet (almost undrinkable). Too many restaurants required reservation. The only thing keep me from going back is the quality of food.

Close to AirPort !!!

Good food! Nice pool área and Beach zone! Close to AirPort!! But in general poor Costumer Services approach! Poor administrative skills! Poor coordination between concierne and tours information! We suffered some unpleasure events!! We 'll be taking some actions about that!! ☹️☹️☹️

My 3rd time staying at this hotel. I've experienced both royal service and regular stay. Overall, staff are exceptional - you can't not tip because they go above and beyond. Lots of activities in the resort. Services are prompt and rooms are very clean. It's a little bit of a hassle if you stay in pyramids that are not 3 - because everything is in the main pyramid (3) and if you stay in other floors, you have to go to the right floor first, then walk all the way to pyramid 3, then downstairs to the restaurants. We were lead to a "guest concierge" upon our check in where she tried very hard to get us attend a breakfast and sweet coating everything with extra deals - this was our first time dealing with time share at this resort. Food is great - various choices between lots of restaurants. The only thing was that they charge lots for cabanas, which is not included if you don't have royal service. They have a new beach club which isn't included in your stay so they try to get you there as well.

Very clean hotel

Pros: It's location and cleanliness
Cons: The lunch menu
Just got back from a 5 night stay. The hotel was very pretty and clean. The only thing negative I could say is that their lunch menu was very repetitious. All restaurants are closed for lunch so the only choice you have for lunch is buffet which consists of hamburgers, hot dogs and wings by the pool. The buffet inside was the same thing everyday and the choices weren't very good. I would suggest opening your restaurants for lunch and offering a lunch menu. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. They are very hard working people.

The service at the hotel was great, close to beach

We enjoyed very much our staying at this hotel. There are no disadvantages found during our 1-week vacation. Food variety, level of concierge service , proximity to the beach, a lot of additional services provided (car rental , tours to any location /attraction at reasonable price) is at your convenience . The exterior and interior design are unique and remind Kukulkan pyramid from outside and cenote il-kil from inside.
