Great service,perfect location, & reasonable price

Staff was really friendly. Very helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Every corner of the hotel was clean and presentable. The food was delicious with a new exciting menu every meal. The location of the hotel was perfect. Very centric to everything.The best of all it was very affordable. Perfect for people who are in a tight budget like me. I will definetely go back to this hotel.

Nice hotel and close to beach, plumbing sucks!

This hotel was pretty great. We had very fun right on the hotels beach and the pools were so clean and nice! Staff were amazing and service was awesome!!! I loved how they were very friendly with my family and I. Food was good but the choices and variety were limited considering they only have 2 full size restaurants and 1 snack bar. Overall, the important things were great. Plumbing sucked so back. The toilets, sinks, and tubs back up several times. We had to change rooms due to that, and it was the same story in the other bathrooms.

Pros: friendliness of all staff. Food was delicious
Cons: as mentioned above vacation resort plan
Location: stayed mostly in resort area. Took 1 trip into town
great experience except for the manager of the vacation resort plan. Multiple staff members encouraged me to to participate in the 90 min presentation. Promotional gifts were offered. After I agreed and spent about 45 min speaking to 3 staff members, I was taken to a room and introduced to the manager. He very rudely told me not to waste anyone's time if I was not prepared to enroll in the vacation plan. I told him that it was his job to present the vacation plan and sell it to me. He just recommended that I leave. I was insulted. I reminded him that his staff encouraged me to attend.

OK ! Hotel -- Close the shopping.

Pros: The staff in the cafeteria was very helpful.
Cons: When a guest comes, welcome them. I felt they didn't care at all on the front desk.
Location: Walking distance to all 3 malls on the hotel zone.
The front desk people were not helpful. We had check in by 10:30 AM and hope to get a better room. We waited till 3:45 PM before we got the keys to the room. It was so close to elevator, so went back requested for different room. At first the font desk person OK he will move me to corner room, then some other person spoke to him in Spanish and said sorry all rooms are filled and sold out. Asked for the manager, he said 1st night please stay and next day he will move to the better room. When next day came the front desk said there was no room and we have to stay where are. Also nobody was able to speak good English. The food selection for an all inclusive property wasn't much selection. This hotel is all a time share hotel.

Worst hotel ever !!!

Would never go here again , food is horrible it's same thing over and over , staff are either rude or too flirty makes you feel uncomfortable. Room had no ac I didn't get offered another room or a fan nothing , manager told me he couldn't help me because I was too mean but I was cranky and hot in my room I paid for . I wasn't offered money back or nothing . I didn't mean to come off mean but he still had no consideration of my stay. Entertainment was horrible , but they tried their best off of what hotel provided , drinks were horrible I paid for me and my boyfriend to have all inclusive drinks and they only had one beer that they carried for my boyfriend to drink , their alcohol wasn't much of a variety so they made the same few drinks over and over . On the day of my check out before it was my time they locked me out of my room I was unable to get my belongings for an hr . They charge for your room key for towels , and wristband that they require you to wear thru out your stay , .. Pool closes too early . You can't just sit at the pool side relax and eat you have to be dressed and sit inside the restaurant which is an Inconvenience for kids because they don't want to be getting in and out the pool getting dressed just to eat , they wanna play and grab fingers food and ice cream and swim and play on the slides , they don't even offer ice cream here , the only dessert they have is cake & flan . The only fruit you can get is at breakfast and its watermelon and pineapples.

Low budget, horrible food, rooms, rude!!!

Bad rooms no view, I got five rooms and three out of the five had issues no iron no refrigerator no coffee maker. food was horrible and not kid friendly menus only one kind of beer and only one pool towel per person if you lose it you have to pay. you have to wear a bracelet if you lose that you have a fee of $48. free activities are not on site and you have to pay to get to where they have them when you get there they only have one thing available nothing else is working. Entertainment sucks. If you pay for things in American money they give you back pesos not american money. Only one elevator works out of the whole place it takes you half an hour just to get down to floors be prepared to walk the stairs. Never again seems more like a time share for locals then for tourists.

Unmatched Service, people always willing to help. Plus great location-shopping and aquarium across the street everything else a short bus ride away.

Nice hotel at great location

Pros: The staff, the rooms, the location, the cleanliness, the food, the beach area.
Cons: Pool is small for the type of hotel. But this problem will be solved with the remodeling process underway.
Location: Great location. La Isla mall is just across the street, where you can find everything you may need. Lot of things to do around the hotel by walking.
It is a great hotel and the all inclusive is wonderful. The staff is also great and does everything to take care of guests. Rooms are huge and very clean as well as bathrooms. Hotel location is within the best in the Hotel Zone in Cancun. The hotel is under a remodeling process which will improve the facilities including pools and recreational areas. I truly recommend this hotel either to adults or adult with children.
