Todo el personal nos trata con respeto y es muy servicial, nos sentimos consentidos, hay mucha diversión, alimentos y bebidas ricas y suficientes, las albercas y la playa súper.

Muy agradable el oleaje de su playa, el trato de su personal es único, no hacen distinción entre extranjeros y mexicanos, tienen muchas actividades, el wifi sin fallas, muy bien la comida, enfrente del Hotel se encuentra un magnífico centro comercial "La Isla", si regresaría.

Nice hotel at great location

Pros: The staff, the rooms, the location, the cleanliness, the food, the beach area.
Cons: Pool is small for the type of hotel. But this problem will be solved with the remodeling process underway.
Location: Great location. La Isla mall is just across the street, where you can find everything you may need. Lot of things to do around the hotel by walking.
It is a great hotel and the all inclusive is wonderful. The staff is also great and does everything to take care of guests. Rooms are huge and very clean as well as bathrooms. Hotel location is within the best in the Hotel Zone in Cancun. The hotel is under a remodeling process which will improve the facilities including pools and recreational areas. I truly recommend this hotel either to adults or adult with children.

Bad representation of hotel online! No jacuzzi, no drink service at the beach, no night entertainment, pools close tooo early And no adult pool!!!!!!! No beach view from room available even when ask to upgrade!!!!! Staff was amazing, very helpful and polite. Food was also good. I will book directly with hotels going forward

Nasty hotel

There was nothing to do at the hotel everything was closed at 12 at night the food was very nasty

Nice, small, quiet hotel close to beach and mall

Pros: Hotel is very clean from the room, pool area, beaches, grounds and restaurants. Very safe to walk the beach or across the street to the mall.
Cons: Get rid of the RCI timeshare people. We found ourselves taking other routes to avoid them, very annoying and aggressive. More nightly entertainment.
Location: Location is excellent, a short bus ride to downtown Cancun, big mall, shops and restaurants are right across the street easily accessible by walking.
The hotel star rating on this hotel at a 3.5 is pretty accurate. Everything with the hotel itself was excellent from the staff, cleanliness, beaches, pools and food. People who come to this hotel expecting it to be the Trump Towers are the ones that seem to give it a bad review. It is on the smaller side, it doesn't have 5 restaurants, there is no Las Vegas entertainment every night and there are no 4 course meals, but the description doesn't claim any of these things either. If your looking for a clean hotel, grounds, beaches, pools and rooms this is the place to go. If you enjoy having a good selection of food with meals then this is your hotel. If you like being able to walk to the mall, bus stops and restaurants then it's here. We've stayed at several hotels on the hotel zone in Cancun and were not disappointed with this one. Our only complaint is that the RCI timeshare sales people are relentless and became very annoying throughout our stay. They don't take "NO" for an answer and we found ourselves having to be mean and rude to get them to stay away. I wish that the hotel management would not allow them at check in or in the lobby. If there was any reason I would not stay here again, it would be because of them. The other downfalls to a smaller hotel is lack of nightly entertainment and restaurant selection. There are only 2 restaurants, the buffet and one Italian, but had no problem getting a reservation when we wanted. Very little nightly entertainment or up to date.
