Staff was great and the area was very safe. There is room damage such as the patio door could not lock. We had an issue getting kicked off the WIFi and the shower was never hot.

Did not like the property at all. Our room smelled and towels, water, or anything else you might need was not refreshed on a daily basis. They gave you 1 bottle of alcohol on day 2 and that was it. If you wanted all-inclusive which we did not because we like to explore, it was $65 US per person and the food was blah. They had no music and when I played our music which everyone at the pool encouraged they asked us turn it off. Everyone at the pool booed!! The only thing we liked about this place was it was convenient to the main strip through the middle of town and the beach. Don’t waste your $$$.

We regret the inconvenience with your room, we do not have any report from him about the room, if there was any problem you could go to reception or call by phone and without a doubt we would have helped you. In fact, if you only have breakfast included, you can upgrade to the all-inclusive regime for 65 dollars. Regarding music, it is prohibited to use speakers in the pool area, especially when there are live shows since every afternoon there is a different show. PA is a smaller adult only, all inclusive resort with 3 restaurants to enjoy. It has a beautiful private beach with free chairs grass covered palpulas that provide great shade. All of the staff we dealt with were amazing. The guys on the beach work so hard running around in the heat and sand getting us food, drinks and even filling our insulated cups with ice. The pool was a blast with entertainment every afternoon and a swim up bar. Again the bartenders were non stop making our drinks with a smile. Alcohol choices varied but usually we were able to get our favorit,Captain Morgan and Absolute. Occasionally Jamisons but not at all bars. Beer choices were limited. Our group of 16 were very happy with our accommodations and the service. Food choices were mostly good. Some of the more picky eaters would have preferred more basic choices for dinner like Meat and potatoes. That said, the rib-eye offered is very small and not what you’d expect if you like a big juicy ribeye. We were a short walk away from lots of great food if you want to venture out a night or two which we did. PA offers special dinner nights of Rodizio (Brazillion meat off the spit) and Mexican which we really enjoyed too. They do a very nice job with both. They helped us celebrate a big birthday at Mexican night by setting up 2 tables of 8 so we could all be together and presented a small cake to our birthday boy turning 70! Speaking for myself and my husband, we will be back next year for 3rd visit!

This is a wonderful resort. It has its own beach area with great chairs and shade. I wish the beach area was private, but they allow others to rent the chairs I think. The food was descent with several options. The pool area is really nice with different options for seating and sunbathing. Pool bar is a plus. The rooms are clean and comfy beds. Everything we needed was right there. I will be back.

The hotel is very clean and most of the staff is amazing. They ran out of beer every day we were there which was very annoying because it’s an all inclusive. When we complained the manager was very apologetic and definitely tried to make it right. The island itself is the most beautiful place I have ever been. Everyone on the island was so friendly.

The property was acceptable but I am unhappy with the transportation services provided. I traveled with my friend and myself, both young women. Of course, we did everything we could to make sure we were safe in a different country. The hotel is associated with AGI tours, who we booked transportation services with. We read the email that contained things to look out for to make sure we were safe and not taken advantage of and it said to never accept help from anyone that wasn’t wearing an AGI shirt or had an AGI sign (in regards to the transport services booked). On the day of our departure, the men that greeted us had no AGI logo on anything they had with them. They also said they had upgraded us to a private yacht instead of the public ferry. This of course raised red flags and I decided to decline the offer to be “upgraded”. After much back and forth, they provided us with the original ferry tickets and drive us there. They also told us we would be late and potentially miss our flight if we did not take the private ferry. The public ferry was fine and we got to our destination safely, and on time for our flight. I called the manager of AGI and requested that whoever picks us up has an AGI logo or gear oh them, as ensured in the email. The person that picked us up was rude and did not look at us or speak to us, and made us load our own bags into the van. (this is not typical of services offered). i have no more space to leave more but i am unhappy with the services.

The location of this property is great. Located close to bars, restaurants, and shopping. The beach is beautiful and you can walk a long way in both directions. The food was average. The service in the restaurants was good. I would consider other services below average. When we checked in, we were not given pool towel cards, a map of the facility, or much of an orientation. There were several days when they did not restock our mini bar, even after asking them several times. The bartenders were not overly friendly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but I don't think it was worth the price we paid.

I came here with ten of my friends and it was amazing. The staff were all welcoming, friendly and helpful! Samuel, Alex and Angel were the best. Not only was the resort itself beautiful, the views and the beach were perfect and so clean. We were able to book excursions right at the resort and golf carts which is so convenient. Definitely will be staying here the next time we come back.

First of all this hotel is very overpriced. The location of the beach is very confusing. online the picture show this beautiful white sand with turquoise water that you can swim in. This is not the case the Beach staff was very rude due to the fact that we did not have all inclusive wristbands. I will say the room was very clean and beautiful. The room we chose was a suite therefore the bedroom was separate, the cooling system must not have been working in the bedroom because it was very hot. The front desk staff was very kind and accommodating. Overall, I give this an average.

This is a lovely property. We were on a low floor facing the city so a bit noisy but nothing terrible. They do provide ear plugs. The rooms are a great size and the staff were exceptionally helpful. We had the breakfast only and it was great! The food was really delicious, we like to eat at different place and Isla is so small we wanted to try other restaurants l, but the hotels food was very good, super fresh, flavorful and beautiful presentation.

Beach time with sunny, or shady, lawn chairs during the morning/afternoon. Only a short, sandy (or friendly/mostly shallow gulf water) walk to Playa Norte (North Beach / sand bar). Most people head to the pool to listen to a band in the late afternoon The staff were like friends by the end of the trip. The off-site restaurants and shops felt very safe. Rented a golf cart for a day to explore the island - super fun!! Bring a lot of small dollars and also bring pesos (understand exchage rate) for optional (but not required) tips We will be back. Probably several trips in our future.

The resort has a great location and was a wonderful way to spend vacation. The food and service were top notch. However, the rooms could use a refresh—they need more electrical outlets. A little more entertainment would have been nice—pool aerobics, or bingo. And an indoor option—one day we were there it was too windy to be outside. A bar and seating in the lobby would have allowed our group to continue the fun instead of returning to our rooms. Also, they ran out of Mexican beers daily—they still had Coors Light, but who wants that on vacation when we don’t even drink it at home?

Been coming to Isla for 10 years and Privilege is by far my favorite resort! The staff is so friendly, accommodating & most have been with the property forever - it’s great to see everyone each year (Jaime, Hugo, Fernando, Dani & more)! The location to North Beach and Hidalgo (downtown) is incomparable! The food (& drinks) are fantastic, and I think they have one of the best breakfasts on the island! The night beach buffet is beautiful and also delicious. Pool bar afternoon parties are so much fun, the live music is incredible! Housekeeping also does such a great job and the rooms are lovely and very comfortable.

Great resort. Would definately reccomend. Only thing to watch out for is they stock food and drinks in your room. They will charge you for them if you eat or drink them. It is decieving.

Basically, zero entertainment-am used to lots of entertainment and activities during the day. Nowhere to gather with a group of people to have cocktails and listen to music. Need to make a bar/music venue in the workout room - wasn’t being used most of the time. Not many good choices and ran out of beer for an all-inclusive.

For being an adult place to stay there was nothing much to do, could be more music options, and other things to do such as water volleyball, and just more activity's overall. The food was the same every night and very skimpy portions. Overall the place needs more things to do being an adult resort. 5 out of 10
