Sandos met or exceeded all expectations. Pools, food, drinks, the view, the beach, and above all the staff. I would return in a heart beat.

The staff couldn't be nicer except for the manager

Pros: The staff, the food, the cleanliness of the hotel.
Cons: Martin needs to learn how to treat guests.
Location: We did not go off the resort.
The hotel staff are just wonderful, the activity staff too. We never eat anything that wasn't excellent! We only had the one problem with the hotel manager, Martin. He was rude and not truthful to us, but that one incident will not keep us from returning back to Sando's because it is a five star facility. We will return and hopefully bring friends with us.

Not a 4 star hotel

The staff and pools are very nice. Ocean of course is beautiful. Only 2 of the 5 restaurants were any good and cool enough so you weren't sweating on your food. Most of the air conditioners throughout the hotel are broke or don't work well. Luckily, our room stayed cool. We ordered special pillows through their 'pillow service' and they delivered 3 pillows w/ out cases that were filthy w/ stains all over. The lamp next to bed not only didn't work but also had mold taking life form on it. Took us 3 complaints about our warm refrigerator until they agreed it didn't work and replaced it on our 3rd day. Not enough entertainment. They do things but only a few that people actually participate in. They don't play music all day so the pool can get quiet at times. Which is good later in the day but not early on. They try and sell you a timeshare which is normal. Only agree to take the timeshare tour with Jaquoin. Take advantage of tour just for the free massages (we paid $130 for it and it was amazing). There was some highlights of our 5 night stay; casino night w/ fake money was the most fun of all nights, pool Zumba with ROXIE was awesome w/ great energy and moves (she was one of the best staff there!!), foam party was pretty fun, the Reggae band at the pool was AMAZING and should be their regular band in bar one and more than just one day (seriously a great band)! Bottom line, save breath on complaints they do nothing for you!!

We book with expedia and like always They aré waiting for us and with upgrades Hotel Staff are very attentive bring extra money for tipping Room are excelente Food are very selective with 4 restaurant Night life is cero be ready to go out They bring you to a discoteca Overall this trip 10 Thank expedia

They all are phenomenal. The cooks, waiters, bartenders, the chefs. Everyone is so nice and helpful.

Pros: Infinity pools and the activities. Waiters that walked around offering beverages. The resort was always clean. The beach was amazing. etc
Cons: There was no beach towels after a certain time. Would suggest to continue to wash throughout the day.
Location: Location was fantastic. Was near all activities and transportation was nearby. Had no issues getting around.
I loved the welcome rose and champagne when you entered the resort. It set the mood for the entire stay. The resort was clean and beautiful. Your staff was amazing. I did not meet one rude employee. The food was delicious and I loved the options of restaurants. This resort is fantastic for couples. They treated us like kings and queens. The only thing that we experienced that was not so great is that the pool area ran out of towels after a certain time. We were freezing when we came out of the water. But by no means did it alter my amazing experience with your resort. I will definitely recommend your resort to my friends and family.
