Location: Location was nice, bit far from all restaurants/market/clubs.
I did not like that I was bombarded with time share information from the second I got to the hotel. I felt they were very pushy and would not give up !!! I finally had to tell them, I was there to relax, enjoy my time off and did not need to be bother with something I was not interested in. I did not care for the way I was spoken to or treated at the front desk. I traveled with my parents whom both are over 80 years old. I requested rooms near each other and something near the elevator as they need my assistance to get around. I was told there was nothing he can do, and was giving us what was available. My parents were place on tower B and I was placed on tower H of the hotel. Needles to say my parents were not happy about this. I felt that our rooms were outdated and infested with bugs. Our safe was not working when we got there and had to wait till someone came back twice to fix it. The faucets/pressure in our bathroom were horrible. On a different note, we all did enjoy the breakfast buffet at the hotel. Everything was delicious!!! We all enjoyed very much the beach, the pool, cleanliness and landscaping of the hotel.

Amazing resort for families.

Cons: Showers, ours did not work but was fixed right away
Location: Location was the best.
We were a bit hesitant in going to Cancun in April (spring break) with children, especially with it being our first time there. We had such a wonderful experience, the resort was very family friendly, our room was more than we expected. The view from our balcony was just amazing, with views of the pool and the ocean. We arrived a little earlier than check in, and were able to get in our room before the check in time. Definitely recommend this resort.

Certain Staff is weak

Don't review often but experience made me upset, ruined trip. Way too long to check-in, (Over an hour then room not ready) staff try's to sell you on other activities, but what pushed me to write interview is this; was refused 2 towels for the beach/pool because wife had 2 towels checked out, we have 4 people staying in the room? We paid close to 2 grand but can't get 2 towels. (And of course son gets salt water, in eyes and trying to wipe off with wet shirt) I don't understand how hotels don't get customer service, over 2 towels, unbelievable. I asked 3 different times because I thought it was a joke. Towel guy had an attitude which is to bad because won't stay there next time i book.

Great place to stay.

We had a great experience! We arrived early we were able to check in and use the hotels facilities, restrooms, pools, showers are super clean .. nice staff,'rooms were excellent. No maid on Sundays FYI, no resort fee, they didn't try to rip me off, room has a cofeee maker, toaster, Dishes, silverware, microvawe,safe, iron, walking closet with luggage stororage. We didn't have any issues. No wristband needed. No extra fees or charges. It was very relaxing hotel, no loud music, no kids screaming, no running, Lots of rules but it's for you to have a nice and pleasant stay.great view of hotel resort and beach and by our room entrance a view of the lake. Food at the Italian restaurant was not the best. Beach front service was great! We had a straw umbrella and lounge chair at no cost and service at the beach we ordered beers and had a great time I will 100% will stay there again. Thank you.

Very good experience. Only complaint was that the murphy beds were not particularly comfortable (too hard). However, the facility was spacious and met the needs of 4 people very nicely. A good choice for a family.

Excellent view and excellent staff.

Great hotel, clean, very comfortable family environment. Quiet at night. Their restaurant had amazing food, from the steak to the shrimp scampi. The staff was always friendly. I would definitely come back.

Tremendous Place to spend with Family

Cons: Less push on attending the timeshare presentations
Location: La Isla Mall is great for food and activities.
We stayed at the Royal Carribean from Apr 4-8 and it was a wonderful experience. Rooms were spacious and the pools are big and never seem crowded. The staff is always very friendly and attentive to things you need. And the plus is you can use any of the Royal resorts in Cancun. Wonderful experience overall.

The hotel rooms were nice but a little dated. They need drying racks for swim suits. The rooms were cleaned very well daily.
