Stay at Royal Caribbean during Cancun visit

The hotel room was very good. But the staff and the services were not so good. They would want to charge for every small thing including drinking water. They should includes complimentary airport shuttle too for the convenience of customers.

Perfect room on the beach

Beach access steps from hotel

Excellent views from all rooms. Multiple pools. Beautiful white sand beaches and crystal clear water are steps from your room. Activities available if you desire, but also lounge by the poolside and swim up to the bar. Catch a bus to access up and down the Hotel Zone. Schedule a tour for door to door access. Manicure/pedicure and the salon are friendly and provide good service!

Pros: Everything
Cons: Cant think of anything as everything went really well for us.
Location: Great hotel location,pretty close to shopping malls
Would come back to this resort for sure.Great location,people and very resort friendly

Bad employee service

The building was perfect, the service was poor. Bellboys just watch me struggle with my luggage, did not offer to help. A lot of staff just standing around.

The Hotel has lots of unexpected rules.

Pros: the clean grounds
Cons: Transparency concerning policies such as guest can only stay from Saturday to Saturday. Also disclose hidden charges.
Location: Not many restaurants or convenience stores are in walking distance. Only one restaurant and one convenience store is within walking distance
We booked hotel stay from Tuesday to Tuesday, 7 days. When arrived we were told by the desk clerk that the hotel only books rooms from Saturday to Saturday. Mine you, that this policies was not mentioned to us when we booked the hotel on-line nor is it written any where on the hotel website, so how is a person to know. We were very upset when the hotel clerk told us that we could only stay 4 nights (Tues - Sat) then we would be moved to another hotel. This is upsetting to be told that you will have to pack and move your family to an unknown hotel and location in the middle of your vacation stay. I requested the manager and was angry. Luckily, we had printed out the hotel itinerary and confirmation that showed we had booked our stay from Tuesday to Tuesday and it had been confirmed. This was the only thing that prevented us from being kick out of the hotel. What a Crock! Word to Royal Caribbean Hotels, if this is your policy, why not posted it more conspicuously on your website so that guest can chose a hotel that is more flexible and not have to deal with the shock of being told that they will have to vacate the hotel in the middle of their vacation stay. Another policies that was not disclosed was the charge to use the workout room. How silly.

Horrible staff

The staff and the ppl on the side selling tourist attractions were absolutely rude. Not bey mind at all. The hotel is crowded with time share people. It was horrible. The room was clean, but for the price. Not worth it.
