relaxing stay

Pros: Overall with 35 rooms, this is an excellent place to not feel crowded, wherever you are in the resort. Pools, Lobby, bars, restaurants had seating
Cons: gym, cleanliness of hot tub
Location: everything is nearby since Isla is a small island. Playa Norte, Pointe Sur and the "downtown" were fun. dolphin discovery is next door but we avoid
Staff was friendly and attentive and spoke English. Meals were excellent. In Casa Rolandi, breakfast service was a little questionable, with servers frequently forgetting parts of our meal order. Dinner in both CS and the Le Metissage gourmet restaurant were always tasty and memorable. The beach is very small but wasn't a huge detractor. The waters adjacent to beach were rich with vegetation rather than a sandy bottom. The three pools were not crowded and pleasant.

Pros: Intimate
Location: Everything seemed convenient
Loved the island and the fun things to do. Hotel food was amazing and staff was so kind and helpful

Very quiet hotel / private beach

Wonderful experience / staff was beyond helpful and incredibly friendly . Transfer to the hotel across the water worked out perfect . The food was excellent in both of the 2 restaurants and the 24 hour room service was beneficial as well . Only improvement would be the exercise facility was small - but for the size of hotel probably comparable . Would definately recommend Zoetry to friends and would like to see some of their hotels elsewhere.

Great anniversary getaway

This hotel delivered beautifully: Small crowds, upper scale food menu, attentive staff who know your name, quiet, calm, laid back pampering, beautiful grounds.

Very nice hotel.

Pros: The service was outstanding!
Cons: The facilities themselves were starting to show their age. Clocks in rooms.
Location: Location was isolated and quiet, which we really enjoyed. We rented a golf cart for a day and toured the island.
I thought the facilities themselves, were starting to show a little wear and tear. There was no alarm clock in our room, we had to use our phones, That was not a big deal, but it would have been nice to glance at the alarm clock in the middle of the night to see the time. What they had was something for an i-phone, but I have an android phone. The service was outstanding! The food was wonderful. The beach was small, but nice. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great small hotel!

My wife and I had a great time-the food was excellent as were the view, rooms, pools and spa (we had great massages). The only two things that could be improved but would not stop us from returning: the water pressure and the people brought in from other resorts for vacation club tours. We always got chairs at the pool, but it seems unfair that people who paid substantially less at other resorts are able to come take amenities from paying guests). However, there are so many wonderful things about this resort that my wife and I are already planning a trip back!

セレブ気分

オールインクルーシブで、セレブ気分が味わえるホテル。規模が小さく、スタッフさんが顔と名前を覚えてくれるほどフレンドリーでした。レストランは2種類だけですが、飽きることなく毎日美味しい食事を楽しめました。行き帰りにボートでの送迎サービスもあるので、ぜひ利用を。

Best vacation I've ever had

Pros: The service, the food, the small number of guests.
Cons: I wish they'd make the resort non-smoking. I know everyone has a right to enjoy their vacation in their way--but, hey, you asked so I answered.
In the past seven years, I've vacationed in Mexico 26 times. I love to dive. I love to dance. I love the people and I love the culture. This was my second trip to Zoetry Villa Rolandi; my first was in June of this year. That trip was very good, but, there were a few issues with slow service. This time, it was perfect. The graciousness of the people, along with their commitment to service, is the best I've ever seen. Everyone writes about the food, and I couldn't agree more. For the costs of an average vacation in the U.S., you can be spoiled rotten. The massages at the spa ... excellent! The sunset cruise with champagne and live saxophone music: that's memory I'll never forget! Good water pressure, great air conditioning, wonderful towels and linens. And the yacht pickup is a lot of fun. I could go on, but I'm sure you've gotten the idea. We plan on returning in June of 2016. Thank you Ms. Dahlia, Mr. Jesus and the staff at Rolandi; you made our Christmas extra special this year!

Great place

This was my first all inclusive and it was worth it. The staff here was awesome. They strived to take care of us and we're very friendly. I liked that it was a very small place and was not crowded at all.

Fantastic trip for couples.

Resort was up to our expectations, service was excellent. Personnel pay a lot of attention to details and customer satisfaction. We appreciate Spa and specially yoga classes. Large variety of food and good quality made our visit even more special.
