"So I will start with the good: Loved the overall resort. There was a lot to do, the entire staff was very attentive and kind, there was enough seating space in the pool, loved the kids Playroom, riding the golf carts was fun and they came by pretty frequently- we never waiting more than 10 minutes. The rooms were clean and loved that room service is available 24/7. The bad: I will start with he more general - expect about an hour or more from the moment you enter the hotel to when you finally get to your room. Check-in took longer than expected. I waited in line for about 25 minutes ( and i was in the express lane) . Then they have sales people try to upsell you on other things which took an additional 20 minutes. After a long flight, we just wanted to get to our rooms as soon as possible. When we got to our room, our room keys did not work so we had to go back to the lobby and get them re-scanned. We also had a particular bad experience where our elevator did not work. We were in the third floor and I am currently 7 mo pregnant so it was pretty rough going up and down like that. on our second night the electricity went out 3 times. I finally called support when it was night time and requested to get our rooms changed since it was taking a while to get it resolved and it was hot and humid in our room. The new room was better since it was closer to the lobby and pool- they also gave me a free spa/ foot massage due to the incontinence. "

"Better sound proofing the rooms near Bash would be a great improvement.Extremely loud banging music till 2:00 am every night was tough..At least warn people,,and give them a choice to room further away.Also,the wonderful folks that did a tremendous job of cleaning, and re-stocking the room each day,but if they were a little more quiet in the hallway starting at7:30am when people are still trying to sleep..I do realize it’s an“Adult party atmosphere”,and a lot of people come there to “ let loose..”Other than that, we had a good time,and like to come back again."

"Resort very clean, nice and all staff worked very hard. Our door lock malfunctioned a few times during our stay and I didn’t love that the king bed had a split mattress but no other complaints."

"Very unprofessional staff (I am not going to bore you with my story, but it was family reunion and my birthday, all I say, they ruined it for me). Rooms have roaches. food is awful. Very low quality alcohol. So many construcation sites all over the hotel. Don't spend your money there. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is the pool and beach access. "

"The staff are very kind and helpful, check in a check out is easy, everything is clean and the food at the buffet was really good! Go to the buffet within the first hour or so if it opening, you will have more selection of food. Location is perfect, the beach is stunning and so fun to swim in, we are coming back here!"

"The room definitely smelled like mold, we pad for breakfast included but were told that we didn’t when we got there so we starved every morning. Finding food around was also hard bc it’s all resort food. Amenities ok "
