Poor service, good location

Overstaffed still poor room service- we stayed for 4 days. Kept requesting for room cable problem but no one attended it. Everyday getting a breakfast was a challenge, most of the you'll see their own staff taking and eating from serving counter whatever was left was cold. Hotel is only good for its location and air conditioning in the room.

Drop plan for Goa if you have to stay in this hote

Where do I start from? It was my maiden trip to Goa and this terrible hotel has ruined it completely. It has been so far worst hotel where I have stayed. Lets start how terrible this resort is. First of all it is not a beach resort. It is some under construction building projected as a resort with services that could put whole hospitality industry in shame. When we reached there, we had been moved to a room that was amazingly super dirty and filthy. As soon as we entered, there was some electric short circuit and a little fire broke out. Whole room was filled with smoke and we had to immediately moved away from there. They offered us some other room but all were in very pathetic condition. There was no sign of cleaners any where. Finally we settled to a room with frequent power outage and full of dirt. Even slums have better room than this hotel. Lets come to service now. Nobody listen to you. You need to keep finding people around to get your job done. Food is awfully bad and swimming pool area could not have been any more pathetic. in essence, Hotel management should model this so called beach resort of as an anti hospitality establishment. I shall definitely not recommend this hotel to even my foes.

There no concept of house keeping in this hotel... there no intercom to contact to reception or house keeping. .. nothing to mention about food its equally bad...

Guests treated like beggars

I had a confirmed booking from Expedia. When I reached the hotel around 2 PM, the front office said they have no rooms. Then their managed came and told me "Expedia has not confirmed their booking with us. We are full. You can take back your money or shift to another hotel to which I am taking you". He then took to me to a cheap hotel in a scooter and left me at the front office. I was given a room in the second floor with no lift and the room was smelling of paint smell. I had to leave the room and check in to another hotel loosing money. I had never experienced this kind of treatment any where in the world.

all ready rated above,flush was not working,water supply stopped on 25th morning. table were not cleaned during breakfast.
