Location: Candolim beach,fort,shopping
Small pool not clean enough.the sea is full of dogs .very bad breakfast and no AC in the dining room with a lot of mosquitoes.

Unable to sleep too much light in the room from the outside. Wonderful housekeeping staff. Also very honest....housekeeping staff. One Male Front Desk staff gave the impression that it was below his dignity to serve Indians. Path to the beach strewn with furniture haphazardly. Broken fencing at the beach gate. Total overall decline since my first visit. Very disappointed.

Amazingly located hotel. Superb staff. You just walk out on the beach and you would love it. Everything available nearby. Not crowded.

Overpriced nice hotel with bad wi-fi setup

Pros: nice atmosphere, good food
Cons: wi-fi that's included in the price where you don't have to scratch off a new code every day. Also letting customers know about wi-fi when they checkin
Hotel was very nice and well located but almost no rooms had ocean views, and found a place a couple blocks away that was cheaper and had a direct ocean view and balcony from my room (and better internet that was included in the cost). Extremely irritating wi-fi setup at this hotel. 1) they charge you per day as a separate cost, which makes no sense for a hotel purporting to be upscale. they even tried to give me just one day at a time, like I'd want to come back to the front desk every day for new internet 2) the wi-fi code is on these cards you have to scratch off like you're in some podunk casino but then you have to re-enter the codes every time you log back into your device. So if you want to get what's app notifications on your phone, too bad, because you would have to log the code in to see if you had an update.

Very Nice location. One can walk to the beach from within the resort itself - hardly 500 meters. Nice breakfast. Helpful staff.

i m very sorry to say but this hotel is worst hotel of my life..no hospitality ..only retaurant people were nice..specually the reception staff were worst...they dont know about hospitality and how to behave with guests..for every thing we have to wait for atleast 30 min ...even asking fir a bottle of water takes 30-45 min.....i wil never come here again and also advice to other not to stay here
