Friendliest and most accommodating staff!

We arrived Friday afternoon to find the hotel in a really good location, facing the mountains. being just off the highway and really close to the brewery we were going to visit was also a plus. First impressions were great due to the fact that parking was right in front and were greeted by a very nice girl who checked us in quickly. Still using keys not key cards which is no big deal but a little out-dated. When we got in our room we noticed it was very clean, well-kept. First sleep: HORRIBLE . The bed was rock hard, my girlfriend'a hips were sore , my mid back was very sore. We tossed and turned a lot . Needless to say we were very annoyed not having had a decent rest . The next morning we went about our day. When we got back my girlfriend thought she would kindly mention how the bed was really hard and how bad of a sleep we had. The girl who first checked us in immediately offered us a new room to see if we wanted to try the bed there. She upgraded us no charge to the king deluxe suite! We had an awesome sleep that night. Next day they offered to discount us 50% for the Friday night. VERY AWESOME AND FRIENDLY STAFF.

Pros: clean the place
no house keeping because we stayed more then one night and used Expedia discount no fridge because they were only for the main flour ground in chips in the carpet in the hall way were still there 3 days later. soiled carpet on stairs and n hall ways carpet in room dirty

Great place. People are too picky!

Stayed here for 8 nights and must say, the reviews have done this place a massive disservice. The front end staff was beyond accommodating and went out of there way in every regard to make our trip enjoyable. This place is more of an extended stay than a hotel. They don’t go into the room daily. But anything you need all you have to do is ask and they’ll take care of it right away. Also, the rooms are simple. They’re not fancy. But they’re clean. Nice beds! Clean bathrooms. Drawers. Microwave. Fridge. Great heater / ac unit. This place is a 4.5 easily. Don’t expect high end fancy. Just expect a great (dependable) and very safe place to stay. In a nice part of cannmore right by the freeway but NO highway noises. Worth every penny. Highly recommended.

Location: Banff
Nice and confortable room. No breakfast but restaurant arround. Noisy in the morning when neighbor take shower....

Good Hotel

Pros: Location, hair dryer, shower, inexpensive, extremely friendly and helpful staff Cons: Uncomfortable bed, faulty thermostat that led to too hot and too cold temperatures in the room

Pros: Clean room nice bed
Cons: coffee machine in room
Location: Canmore is a good base with lots of character,nice downtown good shops bars and restaurants Enjoyed strolling along the riverwalk
Very expensive but what can you expect it is Canmore and we could't possibly afforded to stay in Banff. Feel that all the hotels in Canmore are setting there prices reflecting the outrageous prices in Banff. No housekeeping service but this was not a problem for us and we were aware of this before booking
