Great Condo Style Room

Did not expect this to be an owned condo style resort. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment. Very new and clean. Highly recommended, we would stay here again.

If the sofa bed were more comfy, I would give this 5 stars for comfort. Otherwise it was great.

Was most disappointed that the pool was not working during our 5 days there. We have children that wanted to use the pool and booked because of the resort having a pool. The website for the hotel listed the pool would be working during our stay but the work was delayed. When we expressed dissapointment we were finally given passes to swim at the local pool. But I was frustrated that this was not offered the first day we arrived. And it is more convenient when the pool is onsite.

Disappointment in the Rockies

Pros: Close to walking paths.
I had big hopes about making my birthday in Canmore memorable but unfortunately it was not. The room we booked was not the room that we had wanted or thought it was going to be. The room needs some serious TLC as the bathroom fixtures were falling off the walls, the pots and pans in the kitchen were still dirty from the last occupants, the floors were so dirty that our feet were black from walking around our room and the "KING" bed was very small and very uncomfortable. For this being a "Spa" resort the pool and hot tub area was very disappointing and boring. The pool was very small and nothing for kids to do. And the parking was terrible, paid guests and we had to park on the street twice due to no parking available in the underground parking. I will not be staying here again or recommending it to anyone :(

Nice place but needs maintenance

Convenient location and the pictures on the website look nice but the rooms need maintenance. The hideaway beds are awful. When we called about it they did offer a free upgrade but not until the next day which left us without a bed for a night. There was not a complete kitchen-only a couple of pots and no pans. Definitely not enough to cook a complete meal with. There was no. Tv in the master bedroom and no clock. Those were in the second room. But-the country is beautiful so that made everything ok!
