Easy check in. Fantastic view. Very clean rooms and probably the comfiest hotel bed you’ll sleep on. This wasn’t my first time staying here and won’t be the last.

Great relaxing atmosphere

We spent a great couple nights at Stoneridge. Facilities are beautiful and rooms are comfortable. My only complaints are not enough dishes and cookwear provided (items like tin foil and basic spices would be a nice addition). Only 4 plates, forks and glasses etc are provided which makes running the dishwasher or doing dishes daily a necessity. The dishwasher was ridiculously loud so plan to go out when you’re running it!

Stoneridge Resort is the perfect accommodation for anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and those extra special things that compliment anyone’s stay away from home. Friendly, happy genuine staff go the extra mile to ensure your stay is exceptional and an amazing experience for everyone. Our new favourite accommodation and definately a place we would recommend to anyone wanting an exceptional accommodation experience while visiting the Canmore area. A 10+! Pros: Location, amenities, room size
Location: Good location - close to downtown Canmore, Lot of shopping and restaurants close by. Short drive to Banff and Banf National Park.
This is a nice hotel with large rooms and close to central Canmore.

Got to the hotel, looked very nice from the outside. Hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. Heated parking was nice for colder weather. Received an unexpected gift from the hotel which was great! Heated outdoor pool was different considering -16C weather, but is something everyone should try! I had a great time!

Relaxing weekend

Room was great, atmosphere was relaxing and cozy. Only thing that wasn't perfect is that it cost $20 to rent a movie from video on demand and it wasn't even HD. The screen seemed dark too. First world problems... would definitely stay there again though!

Was very clean and there was so much space. Was like staying in a townhouse versus a hotel room. Will definitely be staying again! Only downside is that pool is outside so didn’t want my young kids out in the cold.

Bad experience-different than last trip I stayed

I had a very bad experence. I was very shocked the night shift on duty male staff ferociously looking at me that I was asking for washer deterent for contaminated clothing during the outside stayed on the trip. I asked myself if the requested was ridiculous. I don't feel like I was welcomed to the suite and I had been driving the whole day and to take care all other three family members and arrived late for checked in. I took a deep breath and went back to the room. I thought of that I do not agree to the excellent reviews from the Expedia. And I do not recommended to any of my friend to this suite.
