worst hotel in the best location
we were given a room with a obviously faulty shower. All the water from the shower was flowing straight into the room. We dealt with this problem every day, both at the reception and at the service woman . But we were told that this is the best number and all the others are even worse. We had a trauma from staying at this hotel, which I told the management about. Nothing has been done or suggested to remedy the situation.

Great hotel for great price in Cannes. Less than 5 min walk to the beach and restaurants. Staff was great, hotel was newly renovated and very clean. We had family suite with a second bedroom for kids, it was very spacious and convenient. I would certainly stay here when visiting Cannes next time.

Reception and bar staff were very helpful and pleasant. Pool area was nice. I was a little surprised that the breakfast area is not open in the evening for dinner, particularly since there are no other restaurants in the immediate vicinity. My stay was however very pleasant and I would use thus hotel again without hesitation, being close to the beach and within a relatively comfortable walk to the old town and main shopping areas.

This is no way a 4* hotel. Pointless request for an online check-in which saved no time at all. The bar was pathetic - no rosé wine…in the south of France! - and a limited selection of other drinks. No dedicated bar staff and, on Friday evening, at 10.15pm, the bar was closed. Would I stay here again - no. Would my friends stay here again - no. Over-priced, under-staffed, under-resourced. Shabby in the extreme and an unedifying experience I would not care to repeat. Ever.

Points to note
We arrived around midnight after a 3 hour delay on 3/6/22. Upon checking in I asked if we could have a drink at the bar but I was told no . It was our 20th wedding anniversary on the 7/6/22 and a week prior to arriving I sent the hotel an e mail asking if they could arrange for flowers to be delivered to our room and I would pay them whilst there. On the evening of 9/2/ we arrived back at the hotel at 12.55 only to see people sitting at the bar and being served drinks by the same man that told us we couldn’t at midnight on our arrival, not fair I thought . No flowers ever arrived to our room even after paying 100 euro deposit upon arrival when at the time of paying that I thought ok fine that should well cover the flowers. I did not use any services out of the 100 euro taken and I’ve now been back home for 5 days and my money hasn’t been reimbursed

Delvis ostädad wc, saknades en duschvägg vilket gjorde att hela golvet blev ordentligt blött. Bra att rummet var mkt stort (störst på våningen) Blåste ner barr från träd i pool området utan att man såg ngn person på plats för att snygga till, tycker att det borde varit ngn där o snyggat till Bra läge o bra tillgång till parkering

Leuk stadshotel,wij hadden de luxekamer en deze was heel ruim met groot terras maar geen leuk uitzicht,het ontbijt was minder,als het druk is is er te weinig personeel in de ontbijtruimte met als gevolg dat tafels niet afgeruimd worden en van alles tekort is,parkeren is duur van het hotel(30€)wij hadden wel gratis parking in de omtrek

Ótimo para famílias
O hotel em geral é bom. A equipe do check in foi muito amável. Ficamos em um quarto família, espaçoso e com um banheiro enorme. O café da manhã é otimo e a existência de uma piscina é muito boa para quem viaja com crianças. Infelizmente, não existe qualquer serviço de bar na piscina. O serviço de bar no lobby do hotel também deixa a desejar, pois fecha as 22 horas. O hotel não tem uma localização central, mas com uma curta caminhada é possível acessar a praia e restaurantes.

Quite luxurious rooms, everything you need. But quite bad with cleaning. Stains on towels and bed sheets. Blood stain on curtains. Good and various breakfast. Friendly staff.

Tilbrakte en ukes tid i Cannes på Hotel Juliana, og kan ikke si annet enn at vi er veldig fornøyde med oppholdet. Høy og moderne standart på rommet, god service, vennlig betjening og en resepsjon som var svært gode i engelsk er det jeg vil trekke frem som svært bra med hotellet. Bassengfasilitetene var dog enkle, men vi benyttet oss mest av stranden uansett. Mener man får mye for prisen, og bor gjerne her igjen!
