Excellent location, poor housekeeping service

We stayed 2 nights and were a bit disappointed upon arrival as the hotel's private beach area was closed for preparations of the Cannes Film Festival and this information was never conveyed to us prior to our arrival. As we arrived, we wanted to head to the beach as it was advertised as an amenity of the hotel but we could not as it was closed. This was quite disappointing. So instead , we had to pay 200+ euros to rent beach chairs at an independently operated restaurant that has a private section of the beach with umbrellas and lounge chairs. The next day, we left our rooms at 9am and had placed the service sign on the door (not the privacy sign) when we returned to our rooms at about 4-4:30pm, our rooms still had not been made up. This was quite disappointing as well. I did not place the card on my bed to re-use the same linens as I had cut myself and there was some blood on the sheets. After the room was made up, the same dry blood stains were still on the sheets so obviously their housekeepers do not pay attention and don't change the sheets regularly, so the linen card to conserve water is pointless. We needed to retrieve our car from valet, not self parking, actual valet. We gave the valet ticket to the doorman and waited well over 5 minutes in which after 5 minutes, the doorman gives the car key to my husband in exchange for a 5 euro tip and the car is nowhere in sight. When we asked where the car was, the doorman said he didn't know that we wanted the car.

Great hotel in a great location

This hotel is very modern and comfortable. We stayed here for three nights and enjoyed our stay as the hotel was in a very central location, close to the marina and surrounded by shops and restaurants, The train station is only five minutes walk away making it easy to visit other towns like Monaco and Antibes

Lacking that extra touch - unless you pay

Lovely hotel in an excellent location, however for the price, they don't really go the extra mile - i.e. after we used the cheap nescafe in the room (no coffee machine), it was never topped up, neither were the bathroom toiletries... I stayed in a cheaper hotel down the road and the room ammenities/prices were far superior. The free WiFi is terrible but €39 to upgrade, TV in the room costs €39 to activate, mini bar prices are extortionate... Shame, because otherwise the hotel is lovely, but you feel like they're constantly rinsing you for every penny.

A three minute walk from the Croisette, the square and the station. Really well appointed hotel with friendly attentive staff and well appointed rooms.

Great Hotel good location however the beach restaurant service was not good nor was the food. Lunch came out the first time wrong and when it came out the second time it was completely raw in side. The restaurant credited the bill however never did get lunch.
