Customer Service Non-Existent

On arrival we were waiting 10 minutes before anybody appeared at Reception, only to be told we had only Booked Double Rooms, when my confirmation clearly stated that Triple Rooms had been Booked. There was no apology for this, just a lot of 'Huffing & Puffing'. It took 45 minutes to sort this out.
The Swimming Pool cost 1 Euro every time you wanted to go through the Gate.
Although the Rooms were comfortable, throughout the whole of our stay, the Staff made us feel like we were disturbing them.
