On arrival we were waiting 10 minutes before anybody appeared at Reception, only to be told we had only Booked Double Rooms, when my confirmation clearly stated that Triple Rooms had been Booked. There was no apology for this, just a lot of 'Huffing & Puffing'. It took 45 minutes to sort this out. The Swimming Pool cost 1 Euro every time you wanted to go through the Gate. Although the Rooms were comfortable, throughout the whole of our stay, the Staff made us feel like we were disturbing them.

Une première remarque vous concernant et ne concernant pas l'hôtel : Il n'avait pas été informé par vos soins du changement de date que je vous avais demandé, de sorte que nous n'étions pas attendus. Il y avait de la place, donc pas de problème. Deuxième remarque : La chaîne ARTE n'était diffusée qu'en allemand, et l'hôtelier n'a pas su me dire comment la recevoir en français. Pour le reste, pas de problème, sinon une odeur de moisi dans la chambre qui nous a obligés à dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte.
