Right across from train station, friendly staff

Conveniently located to the train station and everything in Cannes. The staff was very helpful and friendly, they let us leave our bags since we arrived before check in and also helped us organize a voucher for the beach. The lobby and halls had an odd smell but room was fine, would definitely recommend this hotel.

Pros: The staff were very accommodating and the location is great. The design of the hotel is very nice too.
Cons: Our air conditioner in our room was a bit weak. Also please take care in how you advertise the parking.
Location: Beach clubs which the hotel can organize and great restaurants and shopping.
We had booked this hotel because parking was advertised. However, when we got to the hotel, the parking structure was not connected to the hotel as we had thought, and instead was a few hundred meters away. We let the hotel staff know that having parking advertised on expedia was misleading. The hotel staff apologized for this and even made up for the inconvenience by giving us a room upgrade. The rest of our stay was extremely pleasant and we really enjoyed our room with the balcony!

Hotel juste en face de la gare

L'hotel est extremement bien situé juste en face de la gare, meme si une devanture plus évidente ne serait pas du luxe pour répérer plus facilement l'hotel. La chambre n'est pas énorme en taille mais tout ce qu'il faut y est, le lit est extrement confortable et la proprété est nickel. Situé ou il est nous sommes à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la Croisette, cet hotel a donc un excellent rapport qualité-prix-emplacement.

Lovely Staff but Not a 4-Star Hotel

The first thing I would say is that the staff in this hotel were really nice, friendly, helpful and professional. Having said that, this hotel is not of anew overall standard I would expect of a 4-star. The bathroom door in our room didn't shut properly, the air-conditioning only seemed to have 1 setting, although a reasonable selection, the food quality at breakfast was average at best. Having said all of that, I guess the price gave it away. The quality of the hotel was commensurate with the price. I would have had to have paid more to get real 4-star quality.

Great location, walking distance to everything!

Pros: Great location, friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Try better windows to cut down street noise
Location: It is literally a 10-15 minute walk to great restaurants, great shopping, theatres, old Cannes, the beach..
The hotel is right across from the train station so you ca walk across the street with your bags. Check in was fast and everyone at the hotel was lovely. The rooms are very tiny but are very cute. We had a lovely small patio where we could step outside. My only complaint was that there was a lot of noise on the street and you could hear it all night long. Maybe some better windows would cut down on that. When we checked in the internet was down and told it would be a few hours ... we were not hopeful as we have travelled many places who have said that and it never works our entire stay. In this case... the internet was up and working within 2-3 hours!

Très déçu d expédia il y a deux raisons j avais fait une demande de lit bébé que expédia n a jamais transmis j avais sélectionné une chambre plus grande mais je me suis retrouvé dans une petite chambre je ne pense pas revenir vers expédia hélas

Hôtel décevant

Chambre trop petite, salle de bain d'une surface ridicule (2m2) et chauffage dont le radiateur n'est pas réglable. Obligé de dormir la fenêtre ouverte en plein hiver. Pas de parking. Parking publics chers. Bonne literie, déco baroque de bon goût. Ne mérite pas les 4 étoiles.

Albergo discreto, vicino a tutti i luoghi di interesse, silenzioso e pulito. Deludenti le dimensioni della stanza e del bagno, veramente minuscolo. un po pasticcione il personale della reception, in quanto il giorno dopo il check out dall'albergo mi hanno scritto che mi avrebbero addebitato € 18 per una consumazione, che non avevo fatto. successivamente mi hanno riscritto dicendo che era un loro errore.
