Dear Frederik, We are all saddened by the bad rating, by this red card put on this website, as a reminder, we have been asking you for payment for the room and your drinks for several days, but each time your card did not work, the day of departure it still took you 30 minutes with your credit card to pay us, 30 minutes which would have allowed you without any problem to take your boat. you write that I had not ordered the taxi and if I had ordered it but you had to first pay for your stay before leaving, you gave 1/5 for housekeeping, 1/5 for location, 1/5 for comfort, while 99.9% of customers give us a rating of 4.8/5, we are all surprised by your reaction and apart from this payment detail and this very bad note, we have good memories of your smile of satisfaction every morning, we hope to see you again soon thank you Jerry Julie and all our lovely team (here for you)
