Charming with a great pool .

Stayed 4 days and the resort of Juan les Pins is perfect for sightseeing with inexpensive trains and buses on coast route to the best locations. The hotel is 10 mins from the beach ,bars and restaurants up a slight hill . The hotel is a converted chateau and full of charm. It has basic rooms and facilities but the pool , charm and friendly staff more than make up for this. It is perfectly suited for the area and more enjoyable than a standard chain with better facilities.

Koselig, lite familiedrevet hotell med veldig god service. Flott hage med nydelig svømmebasseng og rikelig med gratis parkeringsplasser. Enkel (kontinental 10 euro) frokost ble servert i hagen. Hotellet kan absolutt anbefales.

Hôtel magnifique sur le papier mais tout y est veillissant. Tapis partout : attention pour les allergiques aux acariens ! Absolument pas accueillant pour les enfants qui ne peuvent ni sauter dans la piscine, ni d'installer dans le parc avec les serviettes de bain ni parler fort ni jouer en courant. Petit-déjeuner hors de prix pour ce qui est servi.

Vi stannade 3 nätter på hotell Mimosas i Juan les Pins. Området var okej och det var gångavstånd till både staden och stranden. Rummet var tyvärr inte rent då handdukar, lakan och örngott samtliga hade fläckar. Då detta påpekades blev ägarna irriterade, varpå vi skulle stanna och peka ut var dessa fläckar var. Detta samt ett par andra tillfällen, gjorde att servicen på hotellet genomgående var undermålig. Det kändes som att man var till besvär för ägarna då man bad om service. Vi kan tyvärr inte rekommendera detta hotell.

Oasis of calm

Location: Centrally located a few minutes from shops, bars, restaurants, parks and lovely sandy beach. Easy travelling distance to Antibes, Nice, etc
Hotel des Mimosas is set in beautiful grounds and is a building of great character and charm. The infinity swimming pool with ample sun beds and umbrellas is a huge attraction. There are also tables and chairs with umbrellas by the pool for taking breakfast or afternoon tea. There is ample parking within the grounds. The whole place has an air of peace and tranquility though just a few minutes walk from the sea front, shops and local restaurants. It is also walking distance to Antibes and close to the station for trains up and down the coast. Staff at the hotel are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Some rooms and beds are on the small side and bathrooms could do to be updated but they are perfectly functional. Breakfasts are of a high quality and afternoon tea is served in a beautiful china pot & china tea cups. No lunches are served but it is possible to bring food into the hotel. There are plenty of local shops for pastries, baguettes, fruit, etc. All in all a fantastic place to stay.
