This is my second time in this property. First one was amazing so tried a second time. I had no idea that I have selected a room without a balcony this time. So asked the receptionist to pay more but not possible. Room no 15 is the worst room ever. The cleaning ladies wake you up early every morning and the office room I believe is on top of this room. A lady was walking with high heels all day above us. This holiday turned out to be not ease but stress. I asked a change again but NO.

Our first visit to Antibes.
We found the hotel with only alittle detour thrown in and that's mainly thanks to google maps loosing GPS signal. We drove up into the forecourt to unload the bags and once checked in, I had to move the car to the rear of the hotel to access the underground parking, which infact meant driving around the block and doubling back on myself to get to the entrance.. no big drama to be fair. The hotel lobby and reception area is nice, and well appointed. The room was large and refurnished to a decent standard but it's obvious to see the architecture is old. Obvously not as nice as the pictures portray but comfortable nonetheless. The seperate toilet was clean but completely devoid of character. Hang a picture or an artificial plant, something...! The bathroom was better but the lit mirror was spontaneous due to a faulty wiring and the bathroom shower seal was ineffective allowing water from the shower to spill out onto the floor which is a pet hate. Towels were a little wash worn, but there were more than enough for the three of us so no issues here. We ate out so I cant comment on the breakfast, which was just a tad overpriced in my opinion. Overall, a good stay but for the price, I was hoping for better.

The location was very good - an easy walk to the beachfront for swimming. We only stayed for one night, so we didn't get to take advantage of much in the hotel...but parking was available and affordable, and the air conditioning was very welcome that day!

The location is good with a pretty park next to it and easy access to the beach, restaurants and shops. The room was very basic but clean. Disappointed to have only paper cups for hot drinks( only 2 tea bags!) ... And paper cups wrapped in plastic in the bathroom unnecessary plastic.( cups in bedroom unwapped) staff were lovely and helpful however. Great for one night

Convenient and clean.
Good location to walk to the seafront and also walk to our friends. Parking is somewhat complex.. you have to check in first to gain access then drive round the corner almost 360* and wait again for the gates to be opened - we had to telephone to remind them we were there..!! Otherwise good hotel to stay at.

Nice and clean hotel
The hotel is very clean, the staff was very polite and nice, all the current measures needed related to Covid are taken in account. We stayed in a standard double room with terrace, which was very clean, absolutely no comment here. The room is a bit small and the bed was also bit smaller than usual, so if you intend to stay more than 2-3 nights it might get uncomfortable. We liked the breakfast in the hotel, it was better to have breakfast in the hotel than somewhere out in the city. Overall a nice experience.

Everything was fine once we found the place. The hotel was named something else on the outside so we dismissed it. We stopped and asked if this was The Original Hotel and not what was advertised outside. It was. Why is it not advertised under the correct name? It took us one hour to get to fathom this out after a lot of driving around thinking we were at the wrong hotel.

Compact but ideal location
Very interesting stay while we booked for a couple of days the chosen location was perfect as it was in the centre of the village. We were upgraded to a larger room with no additional charges.

We had a really cozy room. Very close to the beach. Service was very good. It was our anniversary and we were comfortable here. There were lots of old retired people which was odd for us since we didn’t know that it doubled as a retirement home. It didn’t bother us but we just didn’t expect it

Central to bars, shops, beach and bus links to and from Nice Airport. Easy to travel to Monaco, Antibes, Nice and Cannes. Hotel has everything you need for a good base in the French Riviera

The hotel was a 5 min walk to the beach, the hotel rooms where way above my expectations spacious, clean, well decorated, we just booked hotel only but had breakfast one day which was good, the only thing was the bar closed at 10 o'clock. Steve.

Meh, stay in Antibes instead
Average hotel in most senses. Had a cold shower one morning and it was generally a poor bathroom. Good location for the beach and we had a corner room on a high floor which meant the balcony was nice. Friendly reception staff, but we waited at the bar one night for 10 mins and no one came to serve us so we went out instead.

This was a great place to stay. Nice spacious room that has a wonderful balcony where I could enjoy an evening drink and snack (too bad it was heavy rain). Location is good too, walking distance to all the main sights in town.
