Pros: the position of it is perfect, right on the sea front, and perfectlyset within the town itself. no car required.
Cons: the biggest disappointment about the hotel is that for a relatively expensive hotel,: no free wi fi in the room -bfast 70 euros for 2, no balcony.
Location: explore the town and the surrounding towns and cities, they are amazing.
cannes is a marvellous destination, the perfect seaside resort with character, flair, heritage and style. easy to get to Nice. Monaco / monte carlo etc.

Un hotel exquisito en su categoría. Excelente vista al mar y muy buen trato de su personal. Las habitaciones impecables. Recomendadísimo!

Lovely hotel, great location

Had a lovely stay here in Cannes. Room was spacious & had everything you expect from a 5 star hotel. Great: location & we were given free access to the private beach across the road because of renovations to rooftop pool. Only issue was staff felt a bit intrusive. Even with the privacy sign on our door we had one staff member just enter our room after 22:00, we assume to provide turn down service etc, but without us saying to come in. The next morning, checkout morning, we had staff persistently ring our doorbell at 09:00, again with privacy sign on the door, asking could they stock the mini bar, which we hadn't even used. Small things from a lovely hotel.

Was sad the pool was out of order. But overall we had a great stay and the staff were helpful

Tres tres Décevant

TRES TRES déçu par cet hotel, accueil tres mauvais, poussières partout, "mouton" sur la moquette, pas de télé pendant tout notre séjour, c'est a dire 4 jours pour différentes raisons a chaque fois, le dimanche notre chambre n'a pas été faite, j'ai du appeler la réception pour le signaler et comme pour la télé ils ont trouvé une excuse "bidon", a 18h la chambre était enfin terminé. Pour conclure (parce que je pourrais encore en écrire une tartine) on ne retournera pas dans cet hôtel alors que je me faisais une joie d'y aller, nous voulions réserver une semaine pour cet été mais la c'est sur qu'on réservera ailleurs. Heureusement que nous sommes tombé sur une réceptionniste très professionnelle (Alison) qui a su nous faire offrir un repas pour ce séjour gâché.

Comme nous avons du vous l'expliquer, nous avons eu des problèmes avec nos téléviseurs car nous avons renouvelé toutes les télévisions de chacune de nos chambres. Cela a perturbé le séjour de nos clients présents à ce moment la et vous en faites partie. Pour cette raison, nous voudrions nous excuser. Nous sommes ravis qu'Alison ait pu vous redonner le sourire grâce à son professionalisme. Nous espérons que nous aurons la chance de vous recevoir à nouveau dans notre établissement afin de vous faire oublier la mauvaise image que vous avez de votre premier séjour et ainsi vous prouvez que notre hôtel est à la hauteur de vos espérances.
