The hotel is very nice but we had a bad experience with the room toilet since there was a leakage and it wasn’t m handled efficiently by the staff. They could be more empowered and professional.

Got charged to use the WiFi. Had to wait in the lobby for 1hr while my room was being prepared and the temperature was not ideal. The remote control in the room for the tv did not work. Pointing out that this location is not meeting the Marriott standards we are used to. A review is needed.

Check in staff was amazing! However the concierge staff were very rude. They provided no help , made no eye contact, and didn’t greet anyone entering or exiting the hotel. The gym is very very small out 2 out of 3 cardio machines were working. The pool and rooftop area is outdated.

Staff was very nice. We paid $4500 for 4 nights and the rooms are definitely in need of upgrades. The “pool area” on the roof looked like it was it was fit for a motel 6. This place is beyond pricey.

Location, location, location. The lobby and common areas are absolutely beautiful. We had a deluxe king room facing the sea. Fantastic view with a window that fully opened. The room itself was a bit dated. The bathroom fixtures and tub were a bit dated, the desk was dented and scuffed a bit. Normally I wouldn't nitpick butt we paid $1,200 for the night and in my opinion everything should be absolutely excellent and it was not. It was absolutely fine.

Extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. The hotel is calm and relaxed with neutral decor and is situated opposite the beach. The roof terrace is spectacular! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Overall, it’s a safe choice. The location is perfect and the staff is very friendly and acknowledged our special occasion. They also helped with making reservations. However, the dining options and quality of food did not feel like a five star hotel. The quality and options of the breakfast buffet specifically were subpar.

Over priced, although excellent location
Very expensive, mostly due to the excellent location. Suite is alright, poorly stocked amenities, no hooks in the bathroom, no coffee cups or glasses in the separate room. Mattress way too soft and beat. Huge room.

We are VERY disappointed that your beach is closed for construction renovation. We were not informed at the time of booking and also not notified prior to our arrival. We had chosen your hotel because it is right on the beach. We booked 4 nights to get over our jet lag. Imagine our extreme disappointment when we cannot enjoy the beach during our stay. We want a refund!
