We have already response to your previous comment and review in French, but I will answer again in English as you have decided to reiterate your comment in English. We are really sorry if you have feel disappointed, but when you book a service as a hotel stay, you should carefully read the description of the property and unit, and also the terms and conditions of the website you are booking from. Pictures on OTAs are always non contractual, hotels cannot put a picture of every single rooms they have. Also you have to refer to the description: In our case it is very short and direct: " Room Amenities All 55 rooms feature kitchenettes with refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and dishwashers. IPod docks and sofa beds are standard, as are flat-screen TVs with satellite channels. Limited housekeeping is available." As you can read, we do not advertise our terraces, if you have one it is a bonus we are offering to our clients. In you case, and because the hotel was full, we were not able to offer you a unit with a terrace nor to change you for a unit with a terrace. We have been discussing the issue onsite and I have nicely offer you a compensation I was not really supposed to, as it is your responsibility to read the description and terms and conditions of the service you are purchasing. Reading the description would have avoided disappointment. Also we remain at the disposal of our guests to answer the questions they might have, we are really dedicated to our guest satisfaction: 93% of Expedia are satisfied with our property. I recommend you to call any property prior arrival to check about the details if you found it unclear. Best regards
