comfortable hotel, excellent location to the beach

Pros: Very Clean, staff excllent.
Cons: Breakfast too expensive 22 euro. Having to pay 10 euro for the hotel private beach front, it included towel, sunbed and umbrella.
Location: Minature Train 10 euro, shows u everything in Cannes. lovely sandy public beach. Good Resturants. Cheap train connections better than bus.
After booking standard room, decided to upgrade to Prestige Twin Room, with Balcony at the rear overlooking swim pool and garden. Second floor was the best for views

Nice Hotel, Great Location

Clean and comfortable hotel. Bar was very expensive though, 14 euros for a gin and tonic. In the perfect location, just of the promenade and walking distance to everything.

Brilliant position a stones throw from Beach

Lovely large room with space and a balcony The hotel had a pool which was just an 'extra' given that the beach and sea were so close. The position of the hotel was excellent for all Cannes has to offer.

Pros: Very convenient to everything.
Bad check in asked for an early check in but did get get our room till after 4:30

We liked the closeness of the beach and the central location. However the hotel is a bit outdated and prices are quite high for what it is, unless you pay extra for the good location.

Location was fantastic with great beach access

The hotel have very service minded staff and great attitude. The hotel itself definitely need to be updated to 2016 from an old reception area to the rooms. The bathrooms where excellent updated but not the rest. The hotel location was absolutely outstanding and the beach access and service was terrific. We will come back for sure but want to see the hotel being modernised from today's 70th look ..

Penalised quote "because we booked with Expedia"

Offered as 75 year old, free breakfast, which manageress cancelled because quote ' you booked with Expedia". .Would not give us a room over the garden quote 'because you booked with Expedia". I pointed out that this was our sixth stay in hotel in five years but manageress insisted we have inferior street side rooms because we hadnt booked direct, and was rude when I repeated my request for garden room. Given street room with view into town when other rooms with balcony had view to sea were empty. And the lever operating plug was broken. Visual survey during our 7 night stay showed that most of 20 rooms over garden were empty. I have booked with Expedia many times and have never encountered such rudeness and lack of customer service. Non, you , the customer cannot have the room you would like, and which was available, quote " because you booked with Expedia".

Lovely hotel

We tried to eat light in the bar and the guy there ignored us and about 6 other people. We asked teice for our drinks and never did get any thing so we left and had dinner outside. He needs help they have about 6 tables and lots of chairs. I would stay here again and this was only problem.

perfect for a getaway in two
