We were on 2nd floor. Room above woke up at 5 am and stomped around the room. Unfortunate how lousy the rooms are insulated from noise. Not one bit impressed. Couldn’t really call staff. Don’t know if they just couldn’t sleep. No voises just feet stomping! Will get top floor next time.

Very nicely kept hotel. Rooms were well decorated, clean and smelled like they were recently cleaned. The front desk was very efficient, from check in to bringing extra pillows to our room. The pool looked beautiful, however we didn’t use it. The only thing I could say, if you’re a light sleeper to maybe bring ear plugs. It’s beside a busy highway, but that’s not to fault the hotel at all.

In my personal opinion, this place is using the “Holiday Inn” name in order to charge the higher price. This establishment does not have the quality amenities other Holiday Inn’s do. This place is NOT worth the price. Old, unclean, not well-maintained. One of my favorites of HI are the beds. This place was a huge disappointment with hard, lumpy mattress’. Scratchy towels and only one wash rag in a room for four people. If you’re expecting quality Holiday Inn…this is NOT the place.

I would not recommend this hotel. The broken sign is a good signal to the quality of the hotel. The room smelled terrible, the A/C was incredibly noisy, and the bathroom had mold in the caulk. There are too many other hotels in the area at the same price point and I’d likely go elsewhere if given the opportunity.
