"This property felt like nostalgia Americana…excellent customer service and care, clean rooms, breakfast buffet to beat the band, and so close to Bryce Canyon. We would stay again!"

"The location is great near Bryce Canyon NP, and the idea of the western themed buildings is cute, but the porches and entrances are quite shabby. The staff was minimally helpful. I had to ask where to get ice—and was directed to an outside building. A child—maybe 10 years old—answered the bell at morning checkout. The breakfast was adequate."

"Breakfast was ok. Would have loved to see waffles or pancakes or other hot items. Parking was sufficient. Room was old and small. With the amount of furniture in the room, it was difficult to move around. We stayed on the second floor. The floor was soft in some areas and it creaked loudly as we walked around the bathroom. Bathroom fixtures were outdated and the ventilation fan was really loud. Carpets smelled bad as well."

"The hotel was exactly what we expected. It is a 2 star hotel for a reason. We enjoy the size of the cabin which is why we booked her opposed to the nicer hotels. The guy at the front desk was friendly. The room was clean enough- bedding was clean, towels clean, but the hotel needs to be updated and the rooms cleaned better (dust in bathroom vent, dusty baseboards) but again it was what we expected. The breakfast was not good at all- only good thing was the waffle station. The eggs were like powdered eggs. Milk for cereal just sitting out with no refrigeration or on ice. We also had dinner on site and I do not recommend- the hamburgers where like really thin patties for $20 it was worse than McDonald’s. The location was very convenient to Bryce - there are not many hotel options. "
