So, on top of just being on top of everything, I went out that night and lost my bag. It had everything. The staff at the hotel were instrumental in helping me reclaim my stuff and were very supportive of my rather distressed self. They are absolutely wonderful people there.
a very old hotel amazing place there was no bar or restursnt just breakfast in morn
A nice little pub was available in the afternoon. It was raining which provided a nice option.
We had a wonderful reunion dinner in the hotel at the Chef´s Table. It was a real treat and a fitting way to celebrate our event. The food and the service were outstanding.
It was near the places we wanted to go. And the security was very good
Check in wasn’t very smooth. The staff member was out the front talking to someone. She saw me walk in the open door and I wandered around for quite some time looking for a staff member or bell to ring. I walked back out the front and eventually asked her if she worked there.
Lovely old grade 2 building with parking and in the town
good location with a short pleasant walk to the city.
