Love to stay there, clean, close to everything, I booked the golf cart with them as well. Easy and very helpful with all the questions I had.

Great for children and families, variety of dining options but the issues I had are the service and the inefficiency: furama and steakhouse are the upscale restaurants which require reservations, which also requires you to download their app, which also doesn't work half the time and isn't user friendly. Waited over an hour and a half to dine at Furama, the host kept telling me "your table is almost ready, it's being cleaned" for 30 minutes so we said forget it. Waste of time! We didn't have a refill of soap or shampoo or the drinks in the mini bar, and we also found pizza stains all over our bed sheets upon arrival which we kindly requested them to replace. They didn't. They just remade the bed with the same pizza stain sheets. We had repeatedly request and wait until evening for someone to come replace the sheets before we slept in it. I would not stay here again.
