Not bad for the $$

Pros: Cheap
Cons: Could have been cleaner, smelled a little musty, and the beds were *extra* firm. Also, the hair dryer in our bathroom didn't work.
Location: Very close to Canton Trade Days and downtown Canton.
This place has seen better days, but if you're looking for a place close to Canton for cheap, it's fine. It was definitely quiet, and staff were nice. The place is just a bit run down. We were only there overnight, and if I had been planning to stay a few days, I might have opted for something with more amenities.

It was very close to our destination. The price was right. The beds and shower were clean. The floor next to the wall could use some attention. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast, though minimal, was good. We would stay again.

Needs maintenance

Smoking room. Carpet frayed. Door frame damaged and poorly repaired raising question of room security. Stair case has serious rust issues threatening structural integrity. Wood window sill near lobby literally rotting off the building.

The damage to the building, including the wood window sill, was done by a guest that misjudged the clearance of the covered driveway causing it to fall. As for the conditions of the room that will be addressed.

Don’t stay here!

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything needs help.
Location: It is right off the freeway and has a lot of food options close by.
This was one os the dirtiest hotels I have stayed in. My room wasn’t ready when I got there at 3pm. The manager ran over there before I could drive around to the room to check on it. He noticed it hadn’t been touched yet. He told me he could have it ready in 2 minutes. Me basically made the bed and put new towels in the room. Didn’t change the sheets or blankets or clean anything. The shower had hair all over it, the toilet was well used and the carpet was stained all over.

We are sorry your stay was unpleasant. It is our practice on big event weekends, as last weekend was, to get a room ready if a guest arrives before our check in time. By the manager going around it put your room on the top of the list to be thoroughly cleaned. We are sorry that things were missed.

MINI VACATION

Cons: all of it
We made reservations, and I had my kids and grand child with me...I drove around the building and it looked old and dirty, saw housekeeping come out and they did not look professional either...I refused to stay there, felt like it needed cleaning and updating...the brick column outside was about to fall down ..I was very ashamed to have my family stay there, so, we did not....Expedia was to give me a $25.00 voucher, which, I have not received yet.

I am sorry that you didn't choose to stay at our hotel. Our building was damaged by an guest in an rental truck too tall for the building clearance but it is 100% safe.

It was close to the flea market

I had to go to the front desk and ask them to put a battery in the smoki detector,it was open and no battery.

Hotel stay

The first room the manager gave us the room was so hot and then we got another room it was better. The hotel is overrall in a good location but needs some upgrades. It is kind of run down. Next time I will book the Best Western.

I am sorry your stay was unpleasant. We do control the power to the a/c panel at the front desk so do not run power if the room is not rented. It doesn't take that long for the room to cool off once the power is on.
