The hotel was well located along the main route, right in the center of the action in Interlaken. Our room was very small, and though we requested a full size bed, we got 2 twin beds pushed together, with a gap between them, uncomfortable. In their defense, though, they did say they did not guarantee a full size bed. The staff was very helpful, letting us leave our luggage in their luggage room before we checked in and then after we checked out. Breakfast was included. It seemed to be a full breakfast, but some of it did not taste good. The meat looked like ham, but didn't taste like it. I wouldn't even try the scrambled eggs, they looked like lumps. The breads were nice and there wasn't much they could do to ruin the yogurt. I guess this hotel does a lot of business with tour groups. Every night, there were buses pulled up, luggage unloaded, and the next morning luggage all loaded up again. So, I guess the quality was good enough for the tour groups, or maybe the price was attractive to them.
The absolutely best thing about the room, was that we could wake up in the morning and see the paragliders going past our window on their way to the park down the street.
