This is a cute hotel in Old Town Zurich, which is very easy to get to from the main train station in Zurich if you are coming from another city in Switzerland or a neighboring country. It's alongside a river full of swans and there are stores and restaurants in walking distance. The hotel is clean and the staff seems to genuinely care about helping their guests have a great stay. Would go back!

Lovely small hotel in a great area with great public transport connections. Very clean, quiet and good value for money. The only small problem is that there was no USB plugs so I was unable to charge my mobile phone. I recommend and hope to return one day. Thanks.

Small Hotel with Good Location
This is a small hotel with good location less than 100m away from the beginning of the Limmat river which flow out from Lake Zurich. We are able to walk to the old town attractions nearby including the bustling x'mas markets. We are a family of 5 and the size of the 2 rooms we had were ok and not exceptional. The were no telephones in the room so we cannot call and talk to our children. Telephone should be a standard item in the hotel room. The rooms and sheets were clean but the mattresses were hard and the pillows were small and soft. If the hotel improves on these, then the sleep could be better. There were noises into the night from the street below and were annoying. Service at the front desk was good although it doubles as a cashier point for the small restaurant on the ground floor. The space at the service desk in front of it is small and we have to haul our luggage up the flight of steps into the small lift. A ramp could instead be provided.

It was my husband and my first time in Zurich and we honestly couldn't have picked a more convenient and comfortable hotel! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with information on what we should do in Zurich and good restaurant recommendations. We were so happy with our room as we got the roof top terrace. The view was breathtaking!

We loved our stay here in Zurich. The location is fantastic, especially for walking to Christmas markets in the area. Very friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and comfortable beds! The only constructive criticism it to offer 2 pillows per person as they were quite soft, at least for me.

The hotel was centrally located for us to explore the Christmas markets in Zurich and do some sightseeing. The check in was quick, and the lady at the front desk very helpful. The bathroom was a good size for a European hotel, and had everything you would need in terms of gels, etc. Only 2 problems-first, it was late November and the heater in our room did not work. They had to bring up a space heater, which I do not like because of possible safety hazards. Second, the TV had 21 English channels, but they did not work. The breakfast cost was 15 Swiss Francs, which I initially thought was high, but turned out to be a good deal because of Swiss prices. I recommend the breakfast. We would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Hotel was in a good location, easily walkable from the main train station. The neighborhood around the hotel was also nice, easily walkable to numerous shops, bars, and dining. There was a small amount of street noise at night, but nothing majorly disruptive. The room was compact, but workable. Breakfast area was nice, and well stocked. Check in/out was quick and simple. Only real complaint that I would have is the ventilation in the room. It's Europe so I don't have any expectation of having air conditioning, but it would have been nice to have a fan to circulate some air as the room did not get good airflow even with the window open.

Property was difficult to get to and quite a hike to parking garage. Room was roomy and very nice. Shower was difficult for a 6’3” individual. Room we were assigned was right above a restaurant. Hotel is not air conditioned and the fan provided in room was very loud. So accepted the lesser of 2 noises and slept with windows open. Noise stops around 11:30. The hotel though was centrally located that made access to all the downtown area easily walkable.

Awesome little property in the middle of the old town. Very friendly staff, efficient, and a great little coffee shoppe at the reception desk. We booked a room with the terrace and had a beautiful view during the day and night. Highly recommend!!!

Room was modern, staff were extremely friendly and helpful, breakfast was nice. The location could not have been better. Be aware the room was, however, rather small and for 2 people it was an extremely tight squeeze. The room had no AC and Europe in summer is now fairly warm. We had a bit of trouble sleeping well. You have to decide on your priorities but if location, atmosphere and helpful, efficient staff are your priority, this place is good.
