Most stay when they are in transit as this is steps from the train, but I stayed 10 days for business and loved it ! Nice breakfast, front desk (Nastasha specifically) very kind, everyone so friendly !!! Triple room is great for 2 for a longer stay or 3 for a shorter stay. Argentina Steakhouse connected and delicious (but $$$). Stayed last year and again this year … will stay again !!!

Our power in the room went out and we called the number provided on the sheet in the room only to hear we dialed the wrong number ,than we called the hotel number ,got the same lady who said she will help - I told her I recognize her voice. She never came instead I had to locate a key to power fuses myself,she said to look in breakfast fast place below coffee machine! I was able with help from my neighbor to turn on power! The hotel was not prepared for such a situation at all! Nobody on desk at night! Absolutely unacceptable on their part! The lady told me after I said this to her ,but you have power back….1,5 hrs later ! The management there needs to resolve problems faster! And better ..clearly the lady on the phone was not even anywhere near by..and constantly had to check back with management herself…

Fabulous property. Very comfortable room with the bunk bed for the four of us. Right in front of the train station. Rooms are quiet and I ncredibky clean.

Perfectly average but nice 3 star hotel with excellent staff. Right next to train station so very convenient but rooms are completely silent. Only complaint is that Wi-Fi service in our room was very bad.

the hotel was very convenient as it was next door to the train station. Very impressed how quiet it was and our room was directly across. The downside to this hotel is that the hotel is closed down during the evening. After a 6 hour train ride from our previous city, when we arrived around 7pm, the front door was locked. There was a note on the door telling us we had to call a certain number to contact someone. We were travelling with a cell phone but did not have data package in order to call. It was never stated on the expedia information that it was a self check in. We were lucky that a guest came by and let us in. Our room key was on the desk so we could get into our room. Once in our room, the TV did not work but no one at the desk but there was a hone that you could call. My husband called and it was picked up by a hotel in Zurich. What in the hell were they going to do???? Later that nights, we had our window open and heard someone else trying to get in with the doorbell. My husband had to go down and let them in as well. The next morning we went to the front desk at 9am when someone was there and was told manager would be in later in the day to talk to us. Well, after 2 days we never saw the manager. He was nowhere to be found. The front desk agent told us the check in requirements had changed due to covid...but then again , no where does expedia advise of these check in requirements.

Everything about the hotel seems nice except for the fact that it is above a restaurant. Upper floors are probably okay, but we were on the first floor above the restaurant and it was quite noisy when we were trying to get to sleep.

Great hotel in Winterthur Switzerland. Despite being near the central RR station, it was very quiet! Good breakfast bar. Clean and spacious rooms. I would use this next time as my main hotel to travel to other destinations in Switzerland. Has great rail road connection to most other cities in Switzerland!

The hotel is right next to the Winterthur train station. There are frequent trains to Zurich and also to Rheinfall from the station. Modern, low key, good breakfast.

Great location
Ideal downtown location, both on foot, as well as for any public transportation needs. I was very pleasantly surprised how quiet the hotel was, given its approximate to the train station. My room was facing the tracks, and yet, I heard essentially nothing. One light rail train runs right outside, but it starts and stops very quietly. The trains themselves run underground in that section, so there is no noise from there. The occasional slammed door, was all you could hear.
