Bad communicatiion in check in.
We had difficulty in check in .our confirmation number was rejected by the computer in the empty reception office.The problem solved by chance when someone passed and suggest to pickup the phone on the side .Then we had a human communication with mr.NEAYO that help us.

The staff is super helpful and friendly. The hotel is exceptionally clean and centrally located to many stores and restaurants.

If you have to stay in Glattbrugg
I stayed there for 2 nights as I had to work in the area. The after hour access with mobile key worked well. The studio was spacious and well maintained. The inside of the building had a good modern look (unlike the outside). Most needed amenities were available (fridge, stove, iron, iron board etc.), except A/C and.... breakfast restaurants! (if you're looking for breakfast, you need to bring your own - there's Coop supermarket 10 min walk). Also, despite double glazed windows, the building is at a busy crossroad, so a bit of noise (buses etc.). Overall, this might be a good place for a personal trip, or if you have to stay in Glattbrugg for work (not a lot of options there), but for rapid business trips I would consider hotels in Oerlikon.

Great value convenient location
Helpful staff and quick checkin checkout, restaurant on premises, Room clean and Sound insulation from landing aircraft good considering that the fly directly over the hotel. Over all a very convenient and well kept hotel with free parking. Great value.

Fast and convenient
Clean and accessible hotel to Zurich airport with outstanding and fast service. One complaint is overpowering smell of cleaning solution used in the room and bathroom. It was very strong.

I found myself looking for a hotel last minute while in Zurich. The hotel was close and económical. The only drawback was the proximity to a train station. There was some noise in the morning.

Would definitely stay again
Very reasonably priced for a comfortable one-night stop in Zurich, clean room, fast dependable internet, nice shower head, close to airport and town. Only downside was a surprise small charge for "city tax", I had the impression Hotels.com bookings are all-inclusive.

Clean and convenient
My stay was just to be able to make early morning flight connections in Zurich. The shuttle from the airport saved me about 20 Francs. Unfortunately, it wasn't available before 5:30am. The room was small, but adequate and very clean. I didn't use any hotel services, but the front desk staff was courteous, friendly and helpful.

Good hotel after curfew
Stayed here many times. Stayed again after 3 yr laps. Airport has moved main runway, so primary approach is over the top of hotel. Thank ZRH for the airplane curfew, as no soundproofing and A/C is your open window. Very reasonable rates, staff is helpful, but disinterested, and the place is spotless. Rates make this a very real consideration

An affordable place by the airport. Smallish room. Some airport noise. Everything else fine. Didn't use shuttle.

Very clean, good location
This is very clean hotel, new bath, good size room, nothing to complain. Train station Opficon is 10min walking distance and takes 10min to city center. There are a few restorants very close. Grocery store is 5min away. 10min to airport or 20 SFR for taxi.

Hotel was a little distant from the Opfikon rail station. Trains only run every half hour. Better to use the hotel/airport shuttle and the airport rail station where the trains are much more frequent when travelling to and from Zurich H B.

I expected cleaned sheets from Best Western which proudly boast cleanliness certification. I was given unwashed blanket which on request was shown and changed. Also, Best Western has system issues which automatically checks you out after night 1 although we booked 2 night stay. Having Shampoo/conditioner in washroom helps. Rest was good.

the room is very small and the bathroom barely have space, to move you hit the shelve when you stand to wash your face and your back hit the wall . the worth is the shower we got zapped with one second cold water then extremely hot . i got my left arm hurt from the sudden zapping while my eyes close , it seem they never heard of faucet to balance the water , after paying over 200 dollars this is not right we have never had that in any country

Loved the big windows
We had a corner room on one of the top floors, and the windows wrapped around the two outside walls for an awesome view of the snow falling. The hotel was super clean, came with all the right amenities, and was very convenient for us as we were traveling.

Convenient hotel for an early flight
The hotel works well as a pre-flight overnight spot. The shuttle runs often making the commute convenient. The staff, especially Thomas at the front desk, provided great help in organizing rental returns, transport to airport, and answering various questions we had. It is an airport hotel so expect to hear landing and takeoffs but it wasn't too bad.

Good for overnight at airport. Kind of OK getting to city via train but you need to walk about 3/4 mile to get to station. Too far to walk for older person, to short to take a taxi...

Great stay. Clean property. The rooms are small, but we didn't feel cramped at all. The location was perfect, as it's close to the airport and we were only staying for one night. Free airport shuttle. Would definitely stay there again if we had a stopver in Zurich.

Convenient hotel, close to the Zurich Airport.
A good place to stay if you have a morning flight out of Zurich. Free shuttle bus to & from the airport. We had a room in a building across the street from the main hotel. Hotel restaurant had good selection and service.

Easy walk (6 blocks) from train stop in Glattbrugg
This is a great overnight stay before a flight out of Zurich airport. We took the train in and walked to the hotel. While the hotel has a shuttle to the airport, it wasn't running for our very early international flight. The desk clerk ordered the taxi, specifically one that took visa, for us the night before and it was there. Be sure to read over your reservation receipt in that there will be a city tax due in addition to what was paid in advance to a travel service. The room was clean, small, but comfortable. TV was in English. The neighborhood is non-descript with not much around but we were there to rest before departure so that was fine.

nice place for an over night
I stayed for an overnight trip. This place is OK for a night stay and for the price there is parking as well as a shuttle to take you to an air port. I with FD us see this pj's ace for one or two nights if I noted an overnight to catch an early flight. There was an restaurant inside, but not sure of the hours, it was not open during my stay.

I was made welcome, despite a late check-in. The room had everything that I needed. It was modern, clean and pleasant. Good value for money. I enjoyed a good breakfast.

Hotel was accommodating. Rooms were small and wall were rather thin. Surrounding neighborhood was quaint. The economy is high inflated so be prepared to pay twice NYC prices even at a Chinese take-out restaurant nearby.

Arrived late & glass of wine on arrival was brilliant & staff were very nice. Airport shuttle is great but times are a bit limited, great tv size, nice bar downstairs & comfortable bed but cold night and only one light blanket provided. Only negative was price (but that's Zurich 4 u) and there is no budget food options and limited options nearby. Other than that was a great nights accomm & recommend it.

Reasonably well located with the train station a few minutes walk from the hotel. There is a complimentary airport-hotel shuttle. Room was small and the TV was not well positioned for easy viewing. Bit for a one night stay, it served my purpose well.

There was no AC but besides that it was a nice hotel. We got there a few hrs before our check in time and they gave us the room with no problems. The room was clean, internet connection was good, and the hotel staff were nice folks. I had to get to the airport at 5 am, so I didnt get to use the free shuttle, I had to get a taxi, which the hotel staff helped me out with.

Staff & Restaurant Great!
I really enjoyed this hotel. My single room was comfortable. The staff was one of the friendliest I've ever encountered and the Japanese restaurant was fabulous, as was the waitstaff and atmosphere. I ate outside in the pleasant garden from the menu (delicious Bento Box). They also have a hibachi room that I didn't try but I imagine was also good.. It was a good price and close to the airport. I loved it and highly recommend it.

Good experience and good price
This is a good place to stay if you are flying out of the Zurich Airport. Not much by the way of amenities (no pool etc), but the rooms are clean, quiet, and very cheap compared to the prices of the hotels attached to the airport. The free shuttle bus was a bit hard to find at first, but airport information pointed us in the right direction. It is awkward to get into downtown Zurich from the hotel, so I wouldn't recommend it if you want to sight see, but if you are flying in or out, it is a great place to spend the night.
