"Excellent location for visiting UC Riverside - the campus is less than five minutes away by car. The room comes with a complimentary breakfast buffet (nothing fancy, but a good way to start the day), and there are many inexpensive dining options nearby for lunch and dinner. The room was clean, if a little rundown. The beds were very comfortable - lots of soft pillows. The AC unit worked well to cool the room. The TV got basic cable and also connected easily to a Netflix account. The mini fridge was useful. This is still a motel - if you're looking for something fancy, this isn't it. But given the price and location, it exceeded my expectations and I was very pleased with my choice."
