Disappointing StayPosted Oct 26, 2015
Cons: Everything from check-in, room service and the condition of the rooms
I had 5 room reserved and had booked them under the individuals names that would be checking in. I called a week prior to confirm my reservation and advise them that we would be a late check in. The clerk that I spoke with advised me that if we did not check in prior to 9:30 pm that we would be charged one nights stay per room. Upon arriving to check in for my reservation at 8:30 pm, the clerk advised me that he had already charged one of the rooms since we hadn't checked in. I was able to get him to reverse the charge, but when it came time to checking in for the rooms, he had all the names changed to my name and seemed as though he was struggling with the check in. The check in took approx 45 minutes and while he was helping me he asked me if he could help the individual behind me since he only had one room (he was already in the process of checking my rooms in and I had people waiting for their keys). Once I got to my room there was a leak in the ceiling that they placed a bucket under with towels in it and it looked as tho the ceiling was going to collapse. Popcorn from the ceiling was on the floor and bed.

Awful experiencePosted Sep 28, 2015
I traveled to this hotel for a race about thirty minutes away. Location wise this hotel was in a great spot and was conveniently located, in a safe neighborhood, with restaurants nearby. However that is all the positives I found. I entered my room and found the air conditioning was not working. I also found the fridge was not working. When I called the front desk to request a room change, I was told there were no more rooms available, I then asked if someone could come look at my AC and was told maintence only worked weekdays. I got over this and decided it would be fine without AC. Saturday evening I then called the front desk to request a room change to the first floor due to fracturing my foot earlier that day. I was told there was no availability. I was also told there was not an elevator to assist me getting up to my room. I then asked if anyone would be available to help get me upstairs if I could not change rooms to which he replied likely not due to the late hour and limited staff to watch the front. I managed to get upstairs without falling and carry my bags downstairs the following morning with crutches. When I went to check out I struggled with opening the door to the front desk and was not given assistance. A frustrating weekend with an injury was made worse by non accommodating staff. You get what you pay for.

Just a typical two-star motelPosted Sep 28, 2015
Just as we expected: bare-bones motel. Clean and staff was friendly enough. No frills. Our room had several minor issues: "balcony" door didn't close completely, hole in the wall (from the front door handle) was filled in with toilet paper, had a faint smell of stale smoke (despite being a non-smoking room). It did the trick for us though. We were in the area for a wedding in Temecula and just used the room for getting ready and for sleeping. One of the few places that did not require a two-night minimum for the weekend. Also, very affordable.

Pay the extra and stay somewhere else.Posted Sep 21, 2015
Cons: Major update needed!
Location: Location is odd. It's visible from the street but it's behind a restaurant.
While the front desk person was pleasant, the motel is in a sketchy part of the city and very rundown. It needs some major renovations and it had some flying bugs in the room but no bed bugs. Not comfortable at all. Also, the lock on the inside of the door needs to be updated. Did not feel secure at all.

Room wasn't really ready at check-in.Posted Aug 10, 2015 on Hotels
We arrived on time and found a few problems with our room. There was no coffee machine. They had to go find one for us. There were only a couple of small handtowels. We had to wait for them to finish laundering used ones. There was only one small trashcan instead of the two most motels have. The refrigerator was set too low and the plastic knob was cracked. The room had Direct-TV, but it appeared there were no premium channels. The wifi was very slow. The modern wall mounted LCD flat screen TV did have VGA inputs for my laptop. The A/C worked great and was very cold. The large bathroom and walk-in shower was nice.
