Bad conditions. Room was dirty and walls and door frame damaged. Strong cigarette smell even though nonsmoking room. Uncomfortable mattresses and flat pillows. Sketchy outdoors.

Can't beat the price, and there's a market, restaurants, and a bar right next door. I didn't like the constant foot traffic at night from sketchy guests but overall decent hotel for the price

This place was dirty, trashy and filthy. Rooms were poorly maintained, very old carpeting and bedding. Minimal furniture in bad condition. Shower and bathroom was soo bad I didn’t even want to use them. There was at least 2 inches of open spacing to the outside where the air conditioning fit poorly. Would never, ever stay there again!

What a dump. My socks are stained from walking on the floor there. The roof has all kinds of stains and spots on it where it looks like it leaked or something and the walls in the rooms are tore up. I got to listen to The restaurant/bar in the same parking lots music and not sleep until 2am. The rooms are connected and the walls are paper thin. I could hear the tv in the room next to me that sounded like it was in my room at 6am. I will never go back and suggest anyone go somewhere else and stay. Extremely poor nasty place they should demolish this place and start over

Room had a lot of stains on the floor, walls on the lights. Really looked like a sleazy motel. It’s in need of a complete restructure especially for the price they charge to stay one night.

Do NOT stay here if you can avoid it, we booked three separate rooms and they were all different levels of disgusting, we decided to not stay 40 minutes after arrival when people were walking by looking in our vehicles and the people next door started screaming and fighting OUTSIDE talking about how "coked out" they were also obviously dealing out of the room. We instantly grabbed our bags and left, receptionist refused to listen and refused us a refund. This was an awful and expensive experience since we had to rush to try and find another hotel to stay at.

Hottest shower temp was just above luke warm. Looked like someone flicked boogers up on the ceiling, only had a partial roll of toilet paper, no extras. But all in all for $116 on a Saturday night can’t complain too much. Bed was comfy.

Probably one of the grossest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The floor was dirty, the counter was dirty, the shower handle is broken and it takes you 20 minutes to figure out where the hot water spot is. Overall, just disgusting.

1st suite downstairs ... assigned was dark, dirty, terrible bathroom and felt unsafe. went to desk told the lady that we felt unsafe in that unit...she was very nice to me and said she did not blame me for feeling that way. My husband said the unit looked like a place someone would rent by the hour. We were given an upstairs unit it was suitable and appeared to be clean. we had purchased this place online and knew the city was a very nice place to live so we never thought we would experience this place. Staff was very nice but there were unsavory people walking around ... we felt very unsafe staying there. The worst 2 night stay ever.

Unhealthy to the public.
Our room smelled of a terrible odor,floods were sticky and market up. Blood on the walls in bathroom. Towels were stained and walls marked up and nails on wall. TV not hanging straight. Doors on closed broken. Hallway smelled and use toilet paper and used cigarettes all the way down the hallway. Your company really need think of taking them off your list and report there lack of cleanness and health concerns.

Not real happy
The room was not what I requested (a king bed). Instead it was a room with two queen beds and no tub. (Shower only ). During the night using the bathroom I encountered roaches.
