This is one of the nicer rooms that we’ve ever stayed at in sundial! We’ve stayed here for many years and love the location and proximity to the ski slopes

Last min situation required our staying in Park City for the night. I randomly picked the Sundial as it was closest, and I'm glad I did. The room was beautiful, had a fireplace, washer/dryer, sink, fridge, etc. Bed was very big and comfortable. Wish we would have had a few more nights here. Will 100% stay again.

We only live an hour away, it was an unforgettable experience for my family and I to get away. We were treated fairly and kindly by the staff. It was kind of a quiet weekend, which we absolutely loved. The Majestic mountains as a backdrop was definitely a plus. We will be coming back.

Really great property in Canyons Village. Perfect location. Ski lift steps away. Great restaurants and shops. After check in someone else used a key and entered our room. Front desk gave them wrong room. When we arrived the carpet around the bed was a bit damp. After using the jetted tub the carpet was extremely wet. Luggage got wet. Called maintenance, they came right away. We checked out the next morning. Overall really good stay. Beautiful at Christmas.

This place was a joke. Where to begin?? The parking spaces in the garage are barely suited to a golf cart - and that isn't an exaggeration - be prepared to spend a good 10 minutes just trying to get within the lines. The lobby smelled like someone had dumped an entire bottle of cheap perfume all over the place (perhaps they had?) Our room was located in a very strange place and appeared to have been converted from an old storage room or something. Within minutes of arriving we attempted to check out the balcony. When we tried to shut the door, the handle literally fell off. When we called the front office and told them we needed maintenance they said something like "is this because the doorknob is falling off?"... so they put us in a room they knew needed maintenance?... There was a weird slatted window between the bathroom and the bedroom - you could literally hear EVERYTHING going on in the bathroom from everywhere in the living space. The television in the room was like a 20 inch model from the early 2000s. The pool and hot tub were much smaller than the pictures led one to believe (wide angle lens?). Our entire stay was just one weird discovery after another. Take your money elsewhere.

We had something really nasty left over seafood in our disposal and it took nearly all day and two calls down to the front desk to get it cleaned up and it made our room stink pretty bad. Other than that though the property was ok and the area was nice. We had a good time.

The 2 bedroom condo was clean and roomy. We were disappointed that the 3rd floor pool and hottub were closed especally during a busy holiday weekend! And then our disappointment furthered seeing the Men's bathroom at the main pool closed forcing everyone to share the women's one-stall bathroom....DURING A BUSY HOLIDAY WEEKEND!

Beautiful property and Trent at the front desk was excellent communicating with us regarding ADA rooms. My view from balcony was incredible and Edge steakhouse was a wonderful experience. I didn’t want to leave!

amazing location right by ski rentals and gondola. very friendly staff. resort prices but no resort amenities really--even though resort fee charged. no lobby coffee and tea or bottled water--referred guests to use a vending machine. no room cleaning service. great convenient ski lodge but no frills.

Great condo for family vacation
Very comfortable room on a high floor with great views. Ski/boot valet is a nice amenity, hot tub is unremarkable. Very helpful staff. Sundial is located in the center of the Canyons Village so very accessible to everything the Village has to offer. The downside to Canyons Village and not specific to the Sundial Lidge, is the sheer amount of people. The lift lines in the morning are absurd. The Epic Mix app will tell you its 25 min, on Sat and Sun (given it was a holiday weekend) wait time was over 45 minutes. People started lining up at 8am, 30 minutes before the lifts even open. Again, not a reflection on this lodging, but I'd be hard pressed to stay in Canyons Village again on a holiday weekend.

I'm glad you liked the building. We do have a 2nd hot tub on the third floor above the Sundial arch that overlooks the village. Hopefully you can come back soon and try that space out.

Hot water went out for a day, couldn’t take a hot shower after skiing. Part of our shower was also broken and room was beat up (broken lamp shade, shower lever falling off, etc)

property was located close to everything ,staff was always helpful and very pleasant . great view from the room. pool area was also very clean. the only thing that was disappointed about was the lounge area it was very small in the entrance of the hotel.

did not like the small bed or the small tv's. rooms were not very clean, tons of dust along the floor/wall. bath rooms are also very small. did not like the dog barking in our original room. i thought pets like dogs were not allowed. we were appreciative for the upgrade to a one bedroom because of the dog next door.

Due to the Condo/hotel aspect of the building the units are all individually owned. The homeowners association for the building does allow dogs, we just do not allow them for the units we manage as a hotel.

We had a hard time finding a front desk after our building was closed we had to drive to another building to get the key and when we got back to our original building, the keys didnt work! We were so lucky to find a worker in the garage helped us instead of driving back to another building!

There is a lot of construction. To get to the hotel, you drive up a dirt road littered with nails. We ended up with a nail in our tire so be careful.There are men holding “slow” or “stop” signs so it can take awhile to leave or return.

Super nice staff, property had far more amenities than were described in the write-up. The listing was an entire, fully equipped condominium with a large Jacuzzi tub and shower. There was laundry on site in the room, free of charge. The room overlooked a lawn area with a stage, a bar, restaurants and shops. The walls were well insulated and the environment was quiet. Isabella, the front desk person who helped us, was awesome. We were traveling on a long road trip and had a roof back on our car, so it was very convenient that the parking was in a parking garage onsite. I would definitely return to this place and feel very confident recommending it to others.

Lovely Stay
As we walked into the lobby, one staff member was not friendly at all. Then walked in another staff member, a gentleman and was just very pleasant! He was helpful, gave us lots of information on where to eat, about the property, pool, gym, etc. He also mentioned places to visit and other. Sorry, but I don’t remember his name. Our stay was very nice and comfortable and when we were leaving after our stay, the same gentleman was polite, respectful and said our goodbyes!
