“Highly recommend. Good location if you've hired a car, easy access. Only 10mins from Oliva Nova Met. Plenty of shops and eating places within walking distance. Breakfast and evening meal good in the restaurant. Staff helpfull and friendly. Rooms very clean. Only complaint is they should have tea/coffee/ biscuit facilities in rooms, you had to ask for a kettle, which they will provide. So remember to take your own.”

“The front desk employees were kind, courteous and knowledgeable. The room was clean and elegant, very nice view to the port. The location was exceptional for shops and restaurants. Highly recommended ”

“The electronic keys to the room was not working and the staff had to come and open the room everytime. It got fixed the third day of my stay. The hotel is clean and spacious and the staff were courteous. The problem is they didn’t provide water everyday. I was told to purchase it from the bar. The breakfast buffet was ok and nothing to rave about. The hotel is a bit far from the old town and you have to take a cab to go to the old town or walk from 45 mins. Its a nice hotel for the price!”

Rooms were clean and the food that they have on offer is delicious. Honestly never had any issues. This was my first time in Benidorm and shall be returning to this hotel. 😊”

“Room on the first floor do not have air conditioning in the winter/spring. We told staff and they changed us to a different floor where the had a split unit AC per room. Made a big difference. ”

“We didn’t use the pool but it looked to be well maintained and the pool area was tidy with plenty of seating & Sun loungers.”
