Quiet hotel

Loved the hotel not so much the food but overall my stay was nice. Large rooms as big as an apartment and beautiful rooms.

Amazing room at an incredible price.

Posted Jul 12, 2017
Pros: Huge Rooms
Cons: No clue.
Location: As I said before, its located at a very exclusive area by Cap Cana. Its next to the marina but a bit far from downtown Punta Cana and Bavaro.
I was working in Punta Cana and had to stay overnight. Sadly I only stayed for one night at this amazing room. It had a separate bedroom, great bathroom wtih a separate tub and shower. Also had a kitchen, dining room, living room, one balcony and another one with a view of the marina. Since I only stayed for one night, I did not visit the hotel facilities, but everything else seemed very pleasant. From what I understand, the beach is about a 5 minutes walk trough the hotel. Hoever they have a nearby pool that looked really nice. The hotel is in the Cap Cana area, so if you're going to be doing business this might not be the best option for you, since this hotel is about a 10 to 15 minutes drive from the airport area and about 30 minutes from Downtown Center where Coco Bongo is. I recommend this hotel to someone that will be able to enjoy the room and stay most of the time in the hotel.

Thanks for sharing your comment with us. Unfortunately, you only stayed in our property for a night, you did not have the chance to visit the all property and the different facilities. In the case of the transportation to town, there is a shuttle that goes everyday at 2:20pm from the hotel. We are very glad you had a great stay.

Relax Stay

Posted Jul 9, 2017
Great place to relax. It's quieter than the rest of the hotels in Punta Cana. If I have to say something negative about the hotel is that it doesn't have many activities but for me that's what I was looking for but for others this would be a deal breaker. I would go back without question the room was big and confortable my daughter loved the pool. The beach is a little far but the staff would take you there. The staff is very friendly.

Stolen iPad during our stay

Posted Jul 8, 2017
We left our room on July 4th from exactly 8:40pm to 10:40pm in which our iPad went missing. My husband and I checked everywhere, called security who came to the room and checked as well, they even checked our bags. We never took the iPad out of the room during our whole stay and we used it right before leaving the room that night. It is impossible for us to have lost it, it was stolen from our room!! They said they were checking everything and that security will handle but they didn't do enough and CAUTION: they make you sign a paper making them unaccountable for such situations. They are definitely all on the same page and wash each other's hands. Our iPad was worth more than our whole stay there!! Made me feel so unsafe to know that someone can just walk in at any time and walk out. Their response was that they did all they can do, CLEARLY NOT!

Thanks for sharing your review with us. Unfortunately, this item was not found in the property. We do provide a safety box to all of our rooms. The hotel is not responsible for anything left out of the safety deposit box. We checked everywhere in the room because this is part of the investigation. The only information missing was the screenshot of the last location where you used that you did not provide us.

Dear Guest, Thanks for sharing your comments with us. We do appreciate your time. Our sister hotel AlSol Tiara Cap Cana, does have a small, intimate man-made beach that our guests are welcomed to use, it’s just a 5 minute walk to get there (inside our hotel, no need to leave the property) or one of our Bell Boys are always on duty and willing to transport our guests from one hotel to the other by golf cart. Our hotel does include a beach, Juanillo Beach, which is located just 5 minutes away and to which we provide complimentary shuttles 6 times a day for our guests. Juanillo Beach is one of the most beautiful, spacious, relaxing beaches in Punta Cana. We are a Marina resort, which is why we offer our guests the option to a shuttle to Juanillo Beach, for those who want a natural, more spacious, and scenic beach. Please feel free to contact us if we can assist you with any extra information. Kindly,

Restaurant service too slow

Posted May 22, 2017
Pros: good location and great spacious rooms
Cons: restaurants services anmd food
Location: The hotel's best is his location
In some restaurants, they need more staff to make the service faster. They are very slow in serving the order.

Not terrible, but there are better options.

Posted May 15, 2017
Pros: na
Cons: facility maintenance and staff member's attitude.
Location: very far away from both main cities (bavaro and punta cana village such as playa blanca), however, very close to the cap cana beach which was nice .
Firstly, the location is okay because AiSOL is located in Cap Cana, which is in one of the most exclusive area, however, this also make it isolated from everything. Bavaro is around 35 minutes by car and Punta Cana Village is 15 minutes away. The cost to go to Punta Cana Village (the closer of the two) is $35 one-way. Of course going to Bavaro is more expensive. If you are staying at the hotel, please make sure to get the “all inclusive package”. This will cost an extra $100/ day, however that is how much you will have to pay if you go into the city round-trip anyways. Second, the room was in poor condition. I was in a junior suite, room number 4057 , with a patio and view of the pool, however, there were many things broken and not working. The curtains were broken and would not close, curtain rod was broken, the towel bar in the restroom was broken, the fan above the bed did not work, and the sofas in the living room seems to have no cushion what so ever. For a junior suite, I definitely expected more. Third, the staff was friendly and the service was not terrible, but still disappointing nonetheless. The room was always left not fully cleaned, if I needed anything the staff either came very late with the request (towels, ice, food, etc) or they completely forgot. To conclude, I stayed in AiSOL for the first week of my stay, however, it did not meet my expectations. I stayed at the Westin for the second week, and although it was half the cost of AiSOL, I preferred thei

Thanks for letting us know your sincere opinion and every detail of your all stay. We are very sorry to hear we did not exceed your expectations. Our hotel is located in one of the safest and finest place in the country, Cap Cana which is not too closed to the town. As you said, the hotel is 25 minutes away from the town but there is a shuttle that leave from our lobby at 2:20pm everyday. In the case of the details you have mentioned of the room. We had taken care of this room. Thanks again for sharing this review.

Hotel has a lot of potential but is poorly managed

Posted May 8, 2017
Pros: Room was spacious. The beaches are amazing. Commom pools are very nice.
Cons: A Spa that actually works. More confortable beds. Better quality in Room Service food. Better air conditioning, its a bech resort so it gets hot.
Location: The location is great, lots of things to do outside the hotel. Inside the hotel not much movement.
My wife and I arrived at the Hotel at night, check in was all good. The room was pretty far away so we needed to drive our car to the nearest parking lot, but since we didnt knew where the room was the recepciones requested many times for a valet, which never arrived, so another person had to take us. The room was very spacious, but it seemed worn out. The bed was very uncorfortable, and materials where peeling out. Air conditioning was not cool enought for my taste, specially the last day when it wasnt cooling at all, maybe they wanted us to leave. Other than that I cant say the room was bad or dirty, a little dusty though. The hote has beautiful beaches. The MOTS dissapointment for me was the SPA and Room Service. The sauna didnt work propery and the cold pool was warm, and I had to pay without any discount. The food in the Room Service was very expensive and it taste like fast food from a old highway diner. Check out was quick and without any trouble.

Beautiful resort in Cap Cana

Posted Apr 13, 2017
Stayed for 8 nights. Juanillo beach just down the road is like a Corona commercial, just breathtaking. Resort is modern and clean. Pools are beautiful and well maintained. Grounds are groomed to perfection. Only ding is that the food at the all inclusive restaurants is mediocre. Definitely could use an upgrade in that area but everything else was perfect. Staff all friendly and accommodating. Definitely would go back. All inclusive not worth it though unless you plan on drinking ALOT.
