The apartment we stayed in was very nicely decorated, clean, ample and had amazing vews. The bathrooms were spaceus and clean. Enjoyed very much our stay here.

Nice and calm

The hotel is more like a condominium/villa so there's not really a lot of people there like a normal hotel. It is very calm and very relaxing, it is inside the marina which is super private and super secured which we liked. The only thing is every time you want to go out you have to pay for a cab which is $30 dlls per ride.

Thank you Marisela for the feedback! Is very important for us to know your opinion. About the transportation, any can inside Cap Cana costs US$3 per way. If you are going outside this neighborhood, I do recommend to rent a car which will be cheaper. We hope we can see you on a next time!

I would say it was great! For the price, a really great deal! The food outlets close at 5pm, so that is one thing that I would suggest they work on. We don't speak much English but the concierge was awesome and made needed calls for us. We even had groceries delivered to our room! They can take you into the marina restaurants at night and pick you up when they are done. The pool and hot tub were awesome. We had lunch on the beach under a hit. Again, for the price, an amazing bargain.

Still devolping but overall peaceful

Even though there is a lot of construction our overall experience was peaceful. Every time we went to the pool there was hardly anyone there and our section of the beach was nice as well, even though it was a little rocky. Getting to the hotel was a little confusing but once we were in our room it was our little oasis. Although there was not phone in the room we did have a nice kitchenette. There aren't really grocery stores or anything in walking distance.

Nice Quite Hotel

Absolutely loved the cleanliness/staff/quietness of this hotel. We were looking to relax and have fun and we definitely got that. Thanks to the staff from Punta Palmera for making it a great trip to Punta Cana.

The apartment was nice, no restaurants, shops, bar or anything for entertainment. Not a place to stay if you don't have a car. I did not see any other person in the facilities at all during my stay.

Hola José, Thanks for your feedback. In fact we are a 4stars Apart-Hotel, as this is a condo, some people are living here and some are just renting. We only have 2 restaurants on site working at the moment, but there are several restaurants and bar options around Cap Cana neighborhood. But it's true, we recommend hire a car if you going to stay longer than a weekend. We hope you can be back in a further time.

This is not a hotel, it is an apart-hotel meaning that you do not have room service, or other hotel features. Staff is very friendly, but not acommodating. There arent any reataurants in the facilities so you would need a rental to get around and go to the super market for basic necessities. I do not recommend thia hotel.

Hello Mary, We are sorry to hear that we were not what you expected. We never said something different, in fact, we are announced as a 4star Apart-Hotel due Punta Palmera is a Condominium. We have 2 restaurants on site, one in the lobby area and the second at the Pool area. If you were looking for a All-Inclusive Hotel with crowded people everywere, we regret that we are exactly the opposite.

So to start off no wash cloths all week jacuzzi tub didn't work payed extra for it ice machine didn't work somebody tried to break in our room broke door hotel made us pay for it worst experience ever in foreign country
