When ordering food it takes hours to be ready. No TV in the room, fridge doesn't work, room has air conditioning but it is hotter if it didn't, ...

I have to change the chef (did not care enough) Our new chef improve the delays tremendously very happy with that. we do not have TV in the rooms. fridge and AC are in good working condition if any problem please let us know, we can fix it.

This resort is just in front of the Comier beach, so, accesibility to the beach was almost perfect. However, the quality of bedding was very bad, the air conditioner was too noisy to get a sleep.

Expensive, nice beach, great Wi-Fi, slow service.

This place is solid however given its location, you’re effectively stuck. They also only have drivers available for airport runs, outside of that it’s hard to leave unless you’re paying $50-$100 for a driver. The food is decent but always takes a long time. Bathroom is a tad rusted. Bed and linens are fine. Wi-Fi is the best in Haiti. Beach is clean and beautiful. For Haiti, it’s a good deal but with a few changes could be much better.

The service and food were much improved since I was last there in March. The hotel grounds are beautiful and the beachfront location is spectacular. I will be returning

It is the only Hotel on the area with beach access. A big plus.
