Our stay at Holiday inn was just okay. The kitchen was not open, so we had to go out to eat. Not convenient with a new born. The room was a bit dusty. The cleaning staff were amazing.

Hotel could use a makeover

Hallways have a cold feel to them. They could use more colour and better lighting. The treadmills in the gym should be facing the harbour to take advantage of the nice view of the cruise ships. On check-out, the desk clerk (Joey) did not make eye contact and had to be prompted to actually say good morning. So much for customer service with a smile.

Great waterfront location

Well located by cruise terminal and museum, boardwalk and downtown. Casino and Centre 200 are only a short walk away. Hotel is comfortable, with friendly, helpful staff but furnishings are a little tired and the hotel would benefit from a refresh.

Pros: Rooms, location and breakfast!
Cons: Faster check in! Keys that work on the first try!
Great stay! Very nice room overlooking the harbour .
