Absolutely no lights for signage on the property at all making it ridiculously impossible to see where you are going AT NIGHT or where the entrances and exits were. THEY NEED TO INSTALL SPOTLIGHTS FOR SAFETY AND INFORMATION REASONS. WE CHOSE THIS PLACE BECAUSE IT STATED ON THEIR WEBSITE THAT THERE WAS A RESTAURNANT AND BAR/LOUNGE. WELL, THERE WAS NEITHER. IF I KNEW THAT I WOULD NOT HAVE CHOSEN THE BLUE ROCK RESORT. YOU CHOOSE A PLACE SO SOMETIMES YOU DON'T HAVE TO LEAVE THE PREMISES, ENJOY THE POOL, SUNBATHE ETC, THEN FRESHEN UP AND EAT AT THE RESTAURANT AND COCKTAILS AT THE BAR WITHOUT HAVING TO GET BACK IN YOUR VEHICLE AND SCOUT OUT PLACES TO EAT. RESORT MEANS YOU DON'T HAVE TO LEAVE THE RESORT BECAUSE ALL THE EMENITIES ARE THERE FOR YOU. THE BLUE ROCK IS NOT A RESORT BY ANY MEANS. WHEN YOU PAY OVER $300 A NIGHT FOR A ROOM AND YOU CANNOT TAKE A SHOWER WHEN OTHERS IN THE BUILDING ARE FLUSHING THE TIOLET, USING THE SINK. ETC AND NOW THE WATER IS COMING OUT ICE COLD!!!!, WELL THERE'S NO EXCUSE FOR THAT AT ALL.
BEAUTIFUL AREA AND GROUNDS BUT THAT'S ABOUT IT AND NOT WORTH THE PRICE I PAID FOR THE ROOM. AND BECAUSE THEY DID NOT UPDATE THEIR WEBSITE, ALERTING PEOPLE THAT THE RESTAURANT AND BAR WERE NOW CLOSED IS DEFINITELY NOT THE CONSUMERS PROBLEM UPON ARRIVAL, AGAIN, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU CHOOSE THE PLACE FOR THAT PARTICULAR EMENITY.
