Nice hotel and near to everythingPosted Oct 5, 2015
We could not sleep well because the mattress and the pillows isn't right to our body. Both of us. I think this mattress need new one. Overall is good and easy to access to everything for two nights. The spa champion !

Nice, family-centered hotel close to HyannisPosted Oct 3, 2015
Pros: See above
Cons: Realize that construction and improvements are underway - so it is just a matter of time for the grounds to all be back in top shape.
Location: We spent the day in Hyannis, the JFK Museum in town and wondering near the Kennedy compound.
We had paid extra to avoid having a "construction view", but our first room was then a view of the back parking lot where the construction material was being staged. My wife talked to the front desk staff and they graciously responded with another room that had an interior courtyard view right off of the indoor pool complex - much, much nicer room & view. We then had a wonderful overnight stay and breakfast the next morning in the attached restaurant. Very comfortable and pleasing hotel.

It's a nice resort hotelPosted Sep 24, 2015
Upon check in even though l had asked for a handicap room there were none available. The room was full of dampness. They put a dehumidifier in the room but it did not help. You should have notified the hotel and your policy isn't good! Next time I will call the hotel myself and never use Expedia again!

Everything you need in the ResortPosted Sep 20, 2015
Pros: Staff was wonderful.
We enjoyed the outdoor pool and indoor wave pool. Eating was easy with 2 restaurants on site. The outdoor dining experience was complimented by a 3 piece band playing music while you eat. Very close to waterfront, Main Street and Craigville Beach!

Cape CodderPosted Sep 8, 2015
Pros: We like the location and we like the amenities provided for our kids. The person doing kids activities at the hotel was great!!
Cons: Our room was not cleaned until I called the front desk at 5pm when we returned from being out. That was dissapointing.
Location: Tons to do for kids. We love the go kart racing, trampoline jump, drive in movie, went to provincetown and did the dune tours etc...A whole lot to do
It was an overall nice experience. We are repeat customers here and absolutely love visiting the cape. The horel staff is nice. The employees are not well informed it seems and that can get frustrating. I had to go through at least 4-5 employees before someone could correctly direct me to where the spa was. Some of them were not well informed on the restaurant hours and other information.

The common areas are nice but the room was very dated and just doesn't seem comfortable or cozy. Room service was so bad - the waiter had already filled out the tip and the total in the receipt and tells me that I can only increase it if I want to! There was no hot water! (sometimes lukewarm and sometimes just cold). The hotel staff just kept saying it'll be fixed but we were there three days for the long weekend and it wasn't fixed. I think it was one big shared water heater because if you took a shower during the mornings, the water would be cold but during unconventional hours, it would at least be warm.

Serious lack of attention to detailPosted Aug 31, 2015
Pros: Quiet, recently painted.
Cons: Hot water, check and replace collapsed mattresses.
Location: Gateway to the ferries. There is nothing really to recommend in Hyannis itself.
The Cape Codder is a large motel with about 9 buildings, all interconnected, two restaurants and two swimming pools. But inside the room, they fall down. Our room, in Building 300 had only luke-warm water both in the evening and morning, barely warm enough to wash with, and too cool for a real shower. The bed's mattress had a huge depression in one side, making it very hard to sleep on. And, there are no accessible plugs anywhere near the bed to plug in anything you might use at night.

A nice resort type setting for families.Posted Aug 18, 2015
Pros: Central location for Cape travels
Cons: Faster food service
Location: Everything we wanted to do was easy to get to quickly.
A bit pricey for this type resort hotel but nice to have everything in one place. Better for families traveling with kids. Hearth and Kettle food was good but service was slow on days we ate there.
