Best staff!!!

Pros: Modern and VERY clean. Also- great hot breakfast!
Cons: Nothing that I noticed.
Location: Next to the Cape Cod Mall- just steps from the motel, so a car is not needed to get there. When driving- lots of places to visit in a short amount of
A freak flood caused by a broken pipe during a VERY cold night forced us to be moved to another hotel mid-day on our 3rd day. Staff were so helpful and it is certainly a reflection on their professionalism that we were settled into out new hotel in only a little time. Pat, Head of Housekeeping, helped us pack and carry our bags to the car. I think a situation like this tells more about the staff than a sunny day's welcome. Kudos to all, and here's hoping to dry days ahead!

Had some problems!

Hotel was clean, practically brand new. Problems started when we could not find a hair dryer in room. Front desk Manager saved the day. Next morning the breakfast was lacking. Eggs and breakfast meats were gone or picked over. OJ was mostly water. Was able to get the last of the batter for my waffle. No butter available. Next day somewhat better. Asked staff to cook more bacon and sausage. It finally came. Wife said eggs were OK. Upon checkout I asked for an invoice showing that I had paid. They gave me a simple statement showing that I had a zero balance. I asked for a detailed list of my charges and they said that since I booked with a third party they could not give me a detailed list. Several days later I checked my Credit card balance and found that I had been charged twice for the same room. Once by the third party and once by the hotel. I called the third party booking firm and they called the hotel to have them return my money. Currently waiting for credit on my credit card.

Very Impressed

The hotel's location is perfect, many stores and the mall is within walking distance. Several places to choose to eat from. The front desk made a dinner suggestion and gave us a coupon for the restaurant. Check in was very quick and staff was very nice and polite. Staff made sure that I had gluten-free options for breakfast. The hotel, room and bathrooms were very up to date and clean. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. Overall, I was very impressed and have already recommended this hotel to others!

Nice new hotel, convenient location

Staff was very nice! The breakfast was good with lots of choices. The pool is very small but clean.

Hotel Convenience in Downtown Hyannis

The staff were very attentive and positive. They seemed a little overwhelmed with the breakfast. In fairness, there were quite a few at once. It looked as if there may have been a school tournament in town. The pool was too cool for my comfort, even though it was heated. It is also very small, so beware.

Great Hotel very clean staff was awesome my only if I had a complaint was the size of rooms are a bit small. But other than that located in awesome area. Breakfast was very good..highly recommended
