Nice but needs some tlc

Staff was wonderful. Cleaning crew was very hard working and dedicated. Very convenient location. Almost looks closed from the outside despite being sold out. Rooms smell musty and feel damp. Furniture was stained. Bathrooms were clean but could use updating. Indoor pool was great but the room it's in feels like a sauna.

Old Holiday Inn TRYING TO BE A Sheraton

Pros: Location was great,
Cons: Hire manager that know how to run a busy hotel in resort area,who will hire managers to service guess.
Hotel is very over priced for services provided. BED NEED TO BE CHANGED NOT SHERATON STANDARD. Computers system always broken or down, sent me only part of my bill. Food service very bad,eggs cold, waffles hard as rocks,some one should tell the management company to charge 28.00 you should deliver good food. I think the staff is doing best they can with out leadership. Hotel is full and on two people in dinning room,One behind front desk, Guest always waiting for service. Parking is problem. Sheraton Four Point should take down sign as this hotel will cost them lots of customers. PS All carpets need shampoo job. Key card system need over hall.

Really great staff. Hotel looks and feels a bit dated. Furniture in room was sticky, and carpets in hotel were stained in places.

Stayed six nights. Great location with easy access to Provincetown and Hyannis among other areas. We had two queen beds and a roll-out cot (extra $10/day). Bed and pillows were super comfortable. A/C very efficient. Towels great. Room very spacious for us and our three teens. No microwave. Fitness center and indoor pool very nice. Game room is nice but A/C not working and room was too dark.Outdoor pool and tennis courts (didn't use). Also basketball court but hoops were damaged. Overall, very nice place to stay. We would return.

Slow check-in. 5 people behind counter. Only one said anything to arriving guests. Indoor pool area was 90 degrees.

Got a good off-season price for the night. Hotel was nice and clean. Bottled water in the room! Disappointed that the indoor pool was being painted, so we couldn't take the children swimming. On a very rainy day, they were really looking forward to doing that. Staff sent us a goodie bag for the kids with an apology note about the pool. Also sent us extra water bottles. That was real nice.

Pros: Employees
Location: Cape Cod always has plenty to do!
We had a problem with our stay and the manager Jacqui was wonderful about trying to fix everything for us and compensated us nicely for our inconvienience. Employees were very empathetic to our distress. Best way to do business!! We will return.

Great Hockey Family Hotel

we stayed at the hotel for a hockey tournament. I have been going to hockey tournaments for 9 years. This hotel is definitely the most hockey family friendly hotel we have ever stayed at. We will recommend this hotel to all of our hockey families and friends.
