Very nice hotel

Room was clean, quiet. Bathroom - spotless. Ac/heater a little noisy, but nothing unbearable.

Hair on tv stand and desk. Stains on lampshade. No soap in bathroom. Glitter on arm chair. Rotten wood and peeling paint outside the building.

Pros: The staff was nice
Cons: The room was a bit worn, the TV screen was small.
Location: Nice town. We were there for the Hyannis Marathon -- which was well organized and pleasant.
Be aware that the continental breakfast is only on weekdays - an unpleasant surprise. The Monday morning continental breakfast was not actively staffed so customers were left to forage around for things. The good news is that there was a waffle iron that worked very well.

Winter weekend

Pool area warm as well as pool temperature. Close to where we needed to be. Continental breakfast lacking in choice and organization. (Maybe move waffle maker so waiting for waffle doesn't stop the line or "clog" up buffet movement.) Housekeeping great and attentive. Overall rooms neat,clean and cute but bathrooms need attention. Not only are there no microwaves in room but also not available in lobby or kitchen for use. Nice to have refrigerator in room but cannot heat up leftovers from the numerous nearby restaurant.

Thank you for your feedback. We have taken your suggestion and made a "waffle station" to avoid creating a back up. We are also working on placing a guest microwave in our business center area that would be available to guests 24 hours a day. Please come see us again!

Nice stay, great indoor pool, chilly hotel

Despite having a reservation, the property does not turn on the heat for guests. My room was 56 degrees upon arrival and the hallways were even colder. As cold as the hotel was, the pool area and the water were warm and well maintained.

Bed sheet had a stron body odor to them. Hand sink and shower hot water was absent - only lukewarm. Hand sink and tub drained slowly. The exterior of the hotel was poorly lit.

Bad stay, poor service.

This should have been a great stay. Here is my advice for the hotel: Turn the heat on when they have booked a room. The room was 59 degrees when I arrived and it took hours to get the heat back up to the high 60s. Leave the heat on after I have checked-in to a room. The next two days the heat was off again when I returned to my room late in the evening. Provide hot water. After running the water for over 10 minutes I could still not use the shower 2 of the 3 days. Not advertise and verify that they have an indoor pool and fitness center if the hours are so restrictive that a business traveler cannot use them. Clean and salt/sand the walks daily, even after the weather starts to improve.
