The only think good about this hotel was the location! Across from Island Queen Ferry and just minutes from downtown and beaches. The Hotel had a terrible odor, uncomfortable beds, barely any light from windows and bathtub wasn't very clean. I also don't recommend booking on Expedia because our reservations got all screwed up at the hotel regarding what room we were in and they over booked our room and had to switch things around. The staff says this happens all the time! After demanding a discount, they were somehow of course able to keep us in our original room without having to move us for our entire stay (3 nights). Though the staff was nice, I would never stay there again. Now I understand why in August, it was so inexpensive!

Perfect location of good quality for the price.

We had a 6 nights stay un July 2014. Friendly welcome, very nice spot in front of Falmouth port. Next door to the Island Queen to Martha's Vineyard. Easy to walk to Falmouth centre or the beach and pretty streets of Falmouth Heights. We loved to go to South Cape State Park, about 30 minutes (Mashpee). And take the trolley to Woods Hole !

Pros: Location!
Location: Downtown, Theater, Ferry to MV, Harbor and restaurants!
We stayed in the renovated section of this Hotel and really enjoyed it. It is close to downtown, on the harbor, and very near the ferry to Martha's Vineyard - Great Location!

This location was perfect for us!

Pros: Proximity to where we needed to be. Large room.
Cons: WiFi was NOT free!
Location: Falmouth is a great town with many shops and restaurants.
We were in Falmouth to take the Island Princess to Martha's Vineyard to visit our daughter. The hotel is literally 1/2 block away from the ferry dock. The room was spacious, the bathroom was cozy. Small soap bars and shampoo were in the bathroom, towels were thin but absorbant. We had a small kitchenette with a microwave, small fridge, sink and coffee maker. Staff was young....... Room was clean and well taken care of by cleaning staff.. . TV was not flatscreen and difficult to operate ( ! )

Under Construction

Pros: The location.Wonderful view of Falmouth Harbor. At night, a restaurant across the street had a live band but the motel's insulation did not allow noise
Cons: Maid service
Location: Excellent -- very easy access to many and varied activities.
The staff was very friendly and helpful even though the motel would not be serving future guests in the same manner.

Great Location if you're daytripping to MV

This hotel is a little worn. Little things, the window in our room no longer slides easily. Chipped surfaces in the bathroom, etc. One thing I hated was the use of very low wattage CFLs in the light fixtures. This saved the hotel a few pennies but made reading a chore. Penny wise but pound foolish. On the other hand, staying here saved us the parking fee when we ferried to Martha's Vineyard for the day.

Great for a base.

Pros: Location
Location: Great view of the harbour
The location of the Inn Seasons is perfect. We could see that they were renovating whilst we were there. I guess once it is done it will be really good. The staff were friendly and our room was ready for when we arrived, even though we were early it was no problem. The room did smell like someone had been smoking in it before we arrived even through the rooms are non smoking. The sitting area out front is rather nice, especially in the evening. It is good if you just want a base to get out and about in Falmouth. They have free wifi in the reception area which was good, they even have a few sofas sat out the back so you didn't feel rushed. We would stay here again but next time I would try and get a newely renovated room.
