Beds need to be updated. Sink drain would not unplug. Walls were dirty in room as were lamp shades.

The check in process was long and not very welcoming. Once we figured out what door to use we finally got to our room. The smell of weed is nauseating but not as bad as the smell from the coffee maker. I made reservations for 2 nights but left one night early

Close to night life is the ONLY positive

Pros: location
Cons: EVERYTHING
Everything was so old and outdated. SO DIRTY! BROWN toilet that was supposed to be white.

Hotel Hell

The reservation was screwed and took a couple of hours to figure out. The food service was not good. The room's furniture was scratched; there was a hole in the wall, and the bathroom door didn't close. The water in the shower was either burning hot or freezing cold. The morning coffee in the dining room was also freezing cold. I had to pay a $100 "security deposit." Took pictures of the damage in the room and informed staff about it. It was a "soft" charge on my credit and had better voided.

Downtown Hyannis

Pros: Hmmm...
Cons: Cleanliness, mattress, chair was wonky...
Location: Don't know really.
In a surprise move, they asked for $100 room deposit though I had already paid thru Expedia. They were worried I would trash the place, which made me a little anxious about the ambience. They said it would be credited to my account after I left, but it wouldn't appear for a few days on my account. Quick to bill, slow to credit.

The room was clean, but it needed to be updated. Moldings were missing, ceiling tiles were stained. No plug for the hot tub, and no sign saying that the switch for the tub was by the light switch!! The staff was very nice, but when I was checking out there were 2 employees arguing LOUDLY... very unprofessional.
